Worst dealer ship I've been to. Every time they make you come they waste your time and change their words . I went there with my husband with the Down payment they ask for and they keep changing the down payment price on us. The worst dealership its chaotic and these people not honest at all I had my down payment money like they said and I walked out with no car .they hold my money and when I went to pick it up they try to fool me with my money and didn't want to give it back until I told them I would call the cops . Don't go there . Take your chance if you like people playing with your money and time . Time is money and they waste both

These people told my friend that they had a short escalade that was black. This is what my friend wanted to buy, he didn't want anything else. So, after they told us they had the car we made the three hour trip from Fort Myers to buy it. When we arrived the salesperson Alex walked us through the lot, and refused to answer us as we kept asking him where the escalade was. He then walked us across the street, still no escalade. Well, turns out Alex lied and made us drive three hours and waste a hundred dollars in gas to attempt to sell us some other car. We even checked out other cars but the motors were ticking, there was damage to the cars they tried to cover up and they were all overpriced and had high mileage. Not only that but we were hounded by every person who worked there. I drove my friend down so he could drive his new car home and they got in my face and my other friends face and desperately tried to sell us any car they could. They blew up our phones when we left to try to see if any other lot had an escalade for sale that was within the price range we had set. They people will swindle you out of your money, beware.

Very bad service, frank and his team (alex and juan) do not mind but sell, my wife and I bought in January a jeep sahara from 2011, we trusted them and my wife signed the papers but when we got home, We encountered a contract full of irregularities, our mistake not having read the contract before signing, immediately call him (frank), to explain and told me that he will returned the call, which did not happen, that was a Saturday, I came back on Monday and I told him personally that there was a mistake in the contract, where he verbally told me that he gave me 10,000 dollars for my truck and his car left me at 21,000 but what he did was give me 8500 for my truck And 21995 by the jeep, had the nerve to tell me that he did not talk to customers, that he had done it because we were fellow citizens (Colombians), and did not solve anything, not to mention that I try to communicate with Alex and the financier Juan To explain the situation, And frank said that the manager was not there and that he could not do anything, incredulous us that we let ourselves be convinced of words, definitely some great liars and brazen, do not recommend that dealer, and do not trust the Word of unscrupulous people and liars, who are only interested in selling cars and without telling them the number of defects that I found in the car, starting because it is a car coming from the north, which I had not been told, before the contract told me Alex That was a car of miami, rotten parts that little by little I have been changing, I hope the people do not let scam that way do not buy anything in that place,our big mistake gone to tha place.

That, right there was a big red flag. So take your chance.
