JOSE IS DA' MAN!!! Professional, helpful, and kind. A day prior to my appt I had a pipe brake. He took a short notice appointment and didn't make me feel stupid when I had no idea what he was talking about. He explained all options. He MUST return for my originally scheduled toilet installation. Good customer isn't dead yet.

My outdoor faucet was leaking and they came out and gave a honest assessment and quality repair. They were very professional, polite, and available quickly to do the job. I will definitely choose them over the other plumbing companies.

Called Tip Top Plumbing this morning and Frank arrived on time as scheduled. He solved a problem that we have been dealing with for three years with another company. He took his time to explain the issue, spent nearly two hours diagnosing the situation at a very competitive rate. I would highly recommend Frank and Jose for any of your plumbing problems.

Jose is professional, patient, understanding, arrived on-time. He is knowledgeable of the plumbing issue, explained the recommendations thoroughly and answered all my questions. The only reason, I did not move forward with the job is because it is a huge undertaking and is unaffordable at this time.

Frank assessed the issue immediately, cut through the roof downstairs to access the shower drain from the upstairs bathroom, completely replaced the eroded drain system, and cleaned up everything when he was done. He was extremely nice and professional and I will only go to tip-top plumbing for now on. Extremely happy with the service.

I’m not going to go on a tangent and write a long story. However, I was introduced to Jose and his company from my insurance adjuster. I was in a jam at one of my rental property at 8pm on 3/5/21. I reached out Jose Friday night any Saturday morning Frank was at my property. 72 hrs. later my tenants are back in the house and my issue was resolved.

Replaced the sewage pipes from all in house sources as well as main sewer pipe connecting to city. All excavation, replacement, connections and cleanup done very efficiently. Incredibly efficient, and fast. Absolute minimal disruption to sewer service and house.
