As an IFBB, professional, bodybuilding competitor I look for a certain type of atmosphere when I’m training and prepping for competition. Olympia Gym, offers, not great equipment, but a friendly and welcoming environment. The staff are very helpful, the equipment offers a wide variety of options for all body parts. I highly recommend taking advantage of personal training. I have the pleasure of training with Caesar, the head coach, three days a week. it has been incredible experience, and I look forward to much success with him in the future. package pricing is reasonable, and it is an investment in my fitness journey. Locker rooms are always clean, and they’re always appears to be staff cleaning the floor throughout the day. Members are very respectful and understand, unlike other commercial fitness centers, that we have to share equipment and space. highly recommend this facility, and the hours are amazing.

I absolutely love Olympia Gym! Been a member for years and now with new management they have revamped the gym with new equipment and remodeling. The personal trainers are also the best around and nothing compares to the friendly staff and cleanliness of this place. Olympia Gym is my second home.

Review Update: lots of new strength equipment, dumbbells and overall remodeling have taken OG to new levels. Props to the owners for listening to members and enhancing the experience. Minimal uptick in cost for the upgrades. TBH, depending on time of day playlists cater a mature crowd but nothing some headphones can’t correct ;)

Well organized and clean. This is an OG style gym with courteous staff and trainers and few interruptions like cameras and celebrities. Also fair priced in today’s inflationary environment.

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided at this gym! The staff is incredibly personable and they tailor your membership to perfectly suit your needs. Not to mention, this gym is the cleanest I have ever seen! The trainers are highly qualified, with degrees in health science and nutrition, making them experts in personal training. I am beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise at this gym!

I have been a member of Olympia Gym for a little over a year now, and my experience has been nothing short of perfect. They have an abundance of equipment and multiple versions of each machine, so you never need to wait for a turn. The gym never gets packed, the locker room is clean, and the membership fees are reasonable. Additionally, kudos to the new owners; they did a phenomenal job with the interior updates and the latest equipment they added. These changes have completely transformed the vibe of the gym. I believe Olympia Gym offers the best bang for your buck. I’d highly recommend signing up to anyone in the area looking for a solid gym.

My wife and I joined Olympia last year. It was a great gym when we joined and a couple of months new ownership updated the place and made it even better. Best part is they kept the amazing staff onboard (shouts out to Regina, Scotty, and Brian who are awesome!).

I had the pleasure of working out at this gym for the duration of my vacation since hotel gyms aren’t enough for me. I have to say this place is awesome. They have highly reputable brands for equipment. Everything I needed was there and more. Staff are always pleasant and everyone feels like family. There’s such a strong sense of community at this facility and it’s something I don’t experience at home. Definitely recommend this gym. Super pumped!

I was extremely lucky to find this gym when I moved down here 18 months ago. It’s never too crowded and it’s always clean. Most of the other gyms in the area are crowded and dirty. They also have really good equipment and a professional and courteous staff.

The perfect gym is not all about its size and number of equipment (and how new they are), but about the service you receive and the friendliness and welcoming of its staff & the quality of classes and training . I have been going most of the weekdays in this gym for more than a year. I came firstly for the zumba classes that I really loved with all of it's instructors who are great 🥇(Walter, Boris and Christian). Yoga classes with Ganapati, and Body Sculpt with Grace. All of them are excellent instructors !!!
Then I also did Personal Training with Mike in the beginning and then with George and they both helped me very much so I really appreciate their time and efforts.
Finally but not lastly, I would love to say how much this gym makes you feel like you are visiting a familiar friendly place that you want to keep coming back to, because of all the people you see and greet you and help you out in the reception. A big thanks to Regina, Scotty and Brian. They all go out of their way to help you in any way they can.
I am moving away from this area but I will definitely miss this gym with all the great people that help us achieve our goals. Keep up the good work!!!! People are the number one factor that make this gym a great one!!

Today was my first day working out here and this place is amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. This gym has all the equipment you need and more. I highly recommend this gym for everyone.

I am a fitness manager at a gym in upstate NY, down for the week was looking for a gym in a sea of options, ended up here and I could not be more pleased. They have a plethora of equipment and the staff is more than friendly. Giving out a list of recommendations for things to do in the area and even asking for feedback about the gym. For being in one of the gym capitals of the country the staff really makes this place a great location for any travelers. High recommended

This place is amazing. One thing that stands out with this place is the amazing equipment and the layout of the gym. Place looks amazing, and the place has you feeling amazing as well with the amazing lighting it has.

I have been going to this gym for over 2 years and absolutely LOVE it. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. The place is well maintained and clean. If you need tips or help with gym equipment it’s readily available, both from the staff and from the other friendly customers (at the same time if you’re a lone wolf type, you won’t be bothered). There is no intimidation or coldness in the air here- it’s good vibes all around. Every day is a good day at Olympia gym, I highly recommend it!
