We hired Rob, after hurricane Ian. Our Don recommended we talk with him, which we did. After meeting Rob, we decided to have him represent us for our insurance and repair needs. We were exceptionally happy with him and with the way he responded each time we had a question or concern. Robert Cote has done an amazing job in getting my insurance company to settle my Hurricane Ian loss claim. He worked diligently and tirelessly for over 6 months even though my initial claim had been denied as being less than my deductible. He negotiated my insurer to revisit the site with a general contractor who estimated my loss at about 6 times what the original adjuster quoted. Thanks to Rob's expertise, my insurer paid my claim less the deductable. I will always be grateful to him.
