I recently purchased a vehicle. I had some financial setbacks that caused my credit score to be compromised. I was turned down by many dealerships and had bad experiences getting a car. I chose a luxury vehicle from Executive Motors. The saleswomen introduced me to the owner. The owner made my experience extremely enjoyable and promised me he would do everything to get me approved and the vehicle I wanted and he did just that. I must tell you that this man and his team worked almost all day getting me approved, was extremely courteous, honest and very professional. He even bought me lunch.
I realize that some people may think this letter was written by one of his staff. I assure you it was not. To prove this is not the case, I have given Executive Motors permission to give out my phone number to all who want to check this reference and speak to me.
In the industry of car dealerships, there exist many bad people who are dishonest and belittle you in the process. This is definitely not the case at Executive Motors. They are honest, hard working people with an exceptional owner who honestly cares about people, instead of just pushing cars out the door.
In addition, this dealership gives people a second chance and makes you feel honorable about the process. I am honored to have done business with this establishment, but I am more honored to have met the owner who is a true leader and whom I can call my friend.

Excellent dealer, I was looking for a cheap car because didn't have any credit, I stop by to ask what they had, and nothing for the money I had for a used car for 3k, the owner Raul came out and advice me to get a better reliable car with that money as a down and have low monthly payments. Raul got me approved and now I'm driving a 2009 car with 45000 miles instead of a 2002 with 120000 miles, thank you Raul for everything, the beer was awesome also. GOD BLESS YOU GUYS

I really didn't think I was going to drive off with a car today....but Carlos made it happen! I'm returning my rental ASAP and now I'm driving my own car!

I don't want to get into details but I regret trusting them. No such thing as a verbal contract. Charged me extra for so much crap. My down payment ADDED TO the sale price? Great to know. Thanks for the experience. Now I know not to trust this place and be more attentive when buying a car. I'm young and I was naive. You live and you learn. All those 5 star ratings are straight lies. After you buy the car they forgot you. My car had minor issues and they kept giving me the run around. They gave me a carfax that said no accident but I find out the car was hit in the front. They will do anything to sell you the car. They intentional made the tires low so it would drive straight but after I put air I see the car moves to the left. Ohhhh guess what front end collision. I hope karma takes care of them. That fat slob will get what he deserves.
