Horrible horrible experience! I purchased a vehicle back in March and have yet to receive the tag and registration. Response time has been horrible. Literally never picks up the phone or responds to text. It turns out that they have the tag and registration and have been sitting on it. Never made a call or coordinated a time for us to pick it up. We've made several attempts to pick it up but again, no response. I have a vehicle that's been sitting since March with an expired tag as of April that I'm also paying insurance on that has no use without a tag.

**UPDATE*
Well it took quite awhile....BUT...I finally received the title!!

Oh boy....this is going to be lengthy. We purchased a vehicle here from AL or is it Omar, on 3/19/21. Mechanically, the vehicle is sound and they did correct an issue before we drove it away. That is the only positive thing that has happened. Now, to the nitty gritty.
WHERE IS MY TITLE?!?!? I had a plate to transfer and paid the fees to transfer title. We were told we would have our title in 7-10 business days, mailed to our address. Due to COVID-19, I did expect some delay. Every time I checked online with both VIN and title number it would show "processing". Ok, so it's happening. Well, imagine my utter shock when I discovered that a title was issued and printed back on 12/06/21-12/09/21. NOT IN MY NAME. Not only that, but somehow this vehicle was re-registered in September 2021. My registration is valid until February, which was strange that this vehicle was not included in my renewal notice for this year along with my other vehicles. Hmmmm.....
So, as others have stated calls have been ignored and we get blocked when calling again. At this point, the BBB has been contacted and they have directed me to the Florida Attorney Generals office.
It appears this guy is getting "funny" with paper and is more than likely doing illegal business.

Dealer is a scammer. Sold me a car he said was in good shape. Turns out the compressor was broken and also the bottom of the frame was bent. My mechanic quoted it a “dangerous car”. No reply from the dealer. And yet, still haven’t even received the title. DO NOT COME HERE

What ever you do don't buy a car from this guy I paid for the car and tag in full and it's been 4 months and I still don't have my hard tag yet I had to tag this to dmv and do a complaint because all this guy do is lie and never picks up your phone or text.

These people aren’t reasonable with no prices and can’t negotiate nothing , very rude and got kicked out because they didn’t want to negotiate with us .

His prices was over rated and he did know what was wrong his own car
