My parents needed a car in Miami, I contact OnTracRebtaCar, and again excellent customer service. Within a few minutes we had a reservation.
The process of reserving the vehicle, picking it up and dropping it up was absolutely flawless.

Excellent Rental. Car was great, clean, very fuel efficient. Had an issue with a flat tire and Jonathan replied promptly, helped troubleshoot the issue and finally gave me a new car. Dropoff was also great, having someone pick up the car at the detarture terminal is time effective and very convenient. Have rentend several times from Jonathan and will continue to do so.
