It was quick to check in everyone was pleasant and helpful. The view was spectacular and a little cool this time of year but love the breeze all night into the morning. Good place to stay for a great value front desk staff was on point the ladies and young men at the front desk including management we're at the top of their game thank you I will be back again.

I arrived with my two children. We were early, arriving at 12pm. We met Wilson at the front desk. He was very kind. He explained our room wouldn’t be ready until about 3pm. He was super nice and accommodating. He kept our bags while we explored the beach area. I wanted a place that was very close to the beach so my kids could take breaks from the sun. This place was perfect. The rooms are older but that’s what we expected. I appreciated Wilson’s kindness and hospitality. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience, went to the office to check in and had a very helpful associate. Something unfortunately came up and so me and my partner had to check out early but the staff was super understanding and 100% what customer service should be. Room was clean and had no issues! I will be coming again in the future.

We arrived to find our spot that we had reserved for us under total remodel and closed. This turned out to be good thing for us we stayed at Hollywood Beach Hotel which was much nicer and great service. Great access to the beach and we hope to stay there again.

I gave it 5 stars because of the location. Being a solo female vacationer I felt safe! I read other reviews about bugs. I saw no bugs in my room!! I didn’t go get breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The staff spoke English unlike what other reviewers posted. The bed was comfortable sheets clean. The fridge and microwave were immaculate. Come on people for the price of room you shouldn’t be expecting 5 star rooms. I needed a place to sleep, shower, charge my phone and hold my stuff. The only complaint I had is I paid the &35 fee for a later check out which was actually 39 and some change. I can careless about the few extra dollars I was charged. But I had a few hrs before my flight and the cleaning people came into my room on 4 separate occasions. I told them I have the room till 2pm. Honestly I’m sue it was just a misunderstanding between the front desk and the cleaning people. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I will be booking another vacation and staying here again. Yeah you smelled weed smoke. But come on it’s legal in almost all states except Florida. I’m sure people are lighting up on expensive Disney properties too. Just go with the flow the views and steps to the beach are amazing.

The room was a little outdated, and there was some noise from upgrades being made to the property during the time of our visit. Hopefully this means that everything will be ship-shape for the next visitor!

The location was phenomenal- just steps from the water, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Our room was on the second floor and featured a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Amenities include a discount on bike rentals, free breakfast, and access to the heated pools at their properties. The room included a full kitchen. There is a convenience store at the office in case there’s anything you forget to pack.

I had an exceptional experience at the Hollywood Beach Hotel. The room was great, and the service provided by Jairo Karlin and Adela was outstanding. The attention to detail and customer service were impressive. The hotel's perfect location added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

We stayed after a long flight and we loved it. Comfortable bed, clean room, right t the beach. Little kitchen inside in case you wanted to make some food of your own and good customer service from Jairo, very polite and nice person ☺

Old place to stay but overall it's good. Lock was not working great shower was not draining good. surprise service charges and parking charges was not mentioned online when u book so be ready to pay that $45ish.

Jairo - we had an amazing trip. initially i was skeptical due to the other reviews but i have no complaints. everyone was friendly and the beach view was unbeatable. highly would recommend!

We stayed at a gulf front unit at Neptune. It was great. Exactly what we expected. Looked just like the pictures. I read in other reviews that it can be noisy because you are right on the boardwalk. This is indeed true. The boardwalk is busy at all times and you can hear people talking and people who walk by with music blaring at all hours. It didn't bother us.

The check-in is a bit of a hassle and there's a surprise service fee but I enjoyed the stay, the pool is nice, and the location is great. It's a great value.

This is a great location and service is always friendly. The only thing I would have a complaint is that , they don’t explain that there is not one piece of utensils or cookware. I’ve stayed many times and they always had it stocked before. They should Mention this at check in. Because the location front desk is 4 blocks away. So if you need items you have to go back. Also the shower was barely working they need to fix it.

This was my first time staying in Hollywood, Fl. It was beautiful and luxurious. You are steps to the boardwalk and the beach.
The staff are hit and miss with attitude but they are working very hard to accommodate so many people at one time so it’s understandable.

I absolutely enjoyed the first room we stayed. It was spacious and accommodating for our 5 night duration. The second room was a bit cramped but overall very comfortable.
All of the rooms come equipped with all the appliances you would need! They also offer kitchen kits. There are 5 pools on location, they can become crowded at times which caused it to become gross. However, Overall the stay was so nice I went back twice!!

Best stay-cation ever!!!! The front desk service was extremely helpful. Karlin took extremely good care of all my needs and has the most welcoming smile! Maria and Karlin are a great team at the front desk so if they're up front prepare to be WOW'd!
