Venice Toyota

After an arduous journey of finding used cars that all magically ended up at about $4K above my price range (vehicles of all makes) I decided to focus primarily on Toyota as I had a Camry in the past that was a hell of a car and I know Toyota = reliability. I am a pharmacy student so just had a modest budget to get me a decent car to get me through the next 4-5 years. This particular dealership not only had a 2016 Camry that fit the exact criteria, the sales agents were efficient, very fair, hard working, and truly wanted to get the best deal possible for all involved. Marcel Prado was my agent and he was spectacular, along with his boss and really everyone involved. I made the decision and the papers were signed within 20 minutes. The licensing and registration was easy, prices were fair, and they easily signed me up with a reasonable auto loan quickly and simply. There were self tanner stains on the leather of the front seats, which I really hated and I was willing to walk on that aspect alone. What sold me the car is that they offered to literally dye the leather of the two front seats for free, and would be ready by 9am the next morning. I went to pick it up and they looked good as new. Amazing experience, will definitely be a returning customer in the future. (And it is a Hybrid so super gas efficient with no EV hassle - highly recommend).

1st experience with Venice Toyota service department. Immediately greeted by the service advisor Glenn. He took care of all of the check boxes and had me out of there right on time. Very happy I decided to go with Venice Toyota when I was choosing my new car!

First time at this location. Just purchased my used Tacoma in February so this was the first regular maintenance appt. for an oil change and tire rotation. Christopher was very helpful, friendly and professional. He updated new ownership in their computer system and found that I had a free rotation from the original warranty so I just had to pay for an oil change which was very reasonable compared to other places. They also have a nice waiting area. Thanks for the great experience! I will be back next time if still in this area.

We went to Venice Toyota due to electronic messages in our vehicle the night before we were to drive back home to Michigan.
We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, especially being that we didn't have a appointment. We waited 2 hours and left the dealership feeling very pleased. Very good customer service!!!

First contact is with their office staff. Nina and Donna were exceptional. My car came back with a new bumper. Nothing major, but I would go there for any collision service needed. Everything is like new again and was done in a timely manner. Thank you Venice Toyota collision.

I called last minute and the dealership managed to get me a quick appointment. The service took a long time but I was warned that it would, so I was prepared. Just happy they always find a way to take care of you and your car.

Service as usual was outstanding. Today my assigned representative was John. He efficiently reviewed my service expectations before starting the actual service and gave me an estimated time that service would be completed; a positive outcome completed 3 minutes early. I reside in Rotonda and there is a closer Toyota dealer ; however, I will only utilize Venice Toyota service. Worth the drive if you want a superior Toyota experience, whether service or considering a new or used vehicle.

We had a great experience buying our Crown at Venice Toyota! Our salesperson, Lisa, (who was training Olga) was very patient as we took 2 test drives and asked to test both highway and in town. It’s a big decision to buy a car and she understands that. I would recommend this dealership without reservation.
