Lakeshore RV Park

This is seasonal RV park that also has hook ups for short-term camping along the lake. We can look out our camper window and see the lake. There is an arcade, public bathrooms and showers, mini golf, heated pool, hot tub, excellent wi-fi, a landing for boats, and more! Pets are welcomed and like any place else they need to be leashed and cleaned up after. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the docks. There were several places along the South Dakota side of the lake that were shooting them off. The owners/ staff are super friendly and accommodating. I recommend this campground for fisherman (perch and walleye are being caught by the fisherman in our group) and families with kids of all ages.

I'm new to the RV World.This would be my first time at an actual RV campground. Everything has been a learn as you go thing. Not the best approach. On short notice they were able to line me up with a spot. A nice level spot that I would not get to use. When I pulled in to the campgrounds I stopped and shut off my RV at what I thought was the office but it was not. Being that it was in the 96 degree area and a long day all I wanted was to feel the AC, a shower and a pillow. My camper would not start. The owner and his son were able to find the problem. I needed a new starter. Luckily where it died, my power cord was long enough to reach the power source. So, here I am enjoying the cool ac right now as I'm writing this without worries even because they have offered to help me find and pick up a starter in the morning. Finding people that will go to them lengths to help you is a rarity. I should also tell you that this place is well maintained with lots of amenities. Hat's off to the Lakeshore RV Park owners. Thank you for everything.

This is an ideal place to visit on Big Stone Lake. Friendly staff & owners that make you feel like family during each and every visit. Be sure to make this resort a priority in your area visits & travels!

Best place for family reunions! So many activities! The mini golf was fun, pool was great, pinball machines! Love love love it here! Awesome scenery and awesome staff that are real friendly and helpful. Perfect vacation spot!

Lakeshore RV park is our second home in the summer in Ortonville! Steve and the staff are so accommodating and courteous, always there to help with any issues and maintain a clean and fun place to stay!! We love it!

My cousin Steve and his wife Collie own lake shore RV park and we were there for a family reunion on my dad's side of the family. My parents and I enjoyed the day, very peaceful and relaxed.

Full of friendly people. The lake is extremely nice. Perfect for fishing and relaxing. The owner is also incredibly nice and funny. This place is the best part of my summer.

Good rates to camp, with full hook up. Swimming pool. Boat rentals (I haven't rented but looks good), store and laundry.

Great place for the family and clean pool. The staff will do everything they can to make your stay pleasant and clean. Also, Steve, is very knowledgeable on rv.

We stayed at this RV park for a month with our dogs. Very friendly and helpful staff! They sell propane which was handy. There is minigolf, horseshoes, and a pool. They have Wi-Fi and cable.

My kids love swimming there, the arcade, train rides are perfect for kids! Lots of activities, and to catch huge perch off the dock.makes for a perfect vacation!!
