Caught on Artie's tackle and bait out of an Artie's shack. Rented a shack from Artie's Bait and Tackle and was put on the fish instantly. Not only are you catching fish but the guide service is also top notch. They always take the time to make sure you have anything you could need.

Looking for fun on the ice with a local small town bait store that offers everything for a great ice fishing adventure? You've found it. Good friend of mine and myself took a last minute ice fishing trip to Big Stone for the legendary big perch. Arties played the majority of the part offering the Ice castle sleeper houses on the lake, bait and great guided services. We stopped in to chat with Art and he was very nice. Bait store is a man's dream shack for anything and everything ice fishing. Check them out, they'll leave you wanting more long after your done ice fishing. Can't wait for 2019/2020 season already.

Great local outfitter... Open 24 hours most days. They have permits and live bait + seasonal supplies. Great selection for a small shop. Artie's also posts regular fishing updates for Big Stone via their FB page. Anything you forgot for your fishing trip.. They probably have it. Highly recommended!!

Top notch shop lots gear and good prices. Artie was the best part great guy with unlimited knowledge about local fishing and duck hunting! Such a nice guy we stopped on our way out of town to thank him for his advice and to say goodbye.

Rented a fish house from them for 2 days. House was on fish and the guides check up on you. Artie's has everything you need for bait and tackle. Will be back!

This bait stop is runed by a mom and pop, and kids. They ate very friendly. The prices are reasonable. and the launch is right in front of the store.
