I felt a tremendous amount of caring about me as a patient. The doctor, tech and the front desk personnel were all professional and so confident that I could get better. I will get the treatment for my neuropathy from this very doctor’s office.

First off I like to thank the nurse I was hurting and waiting room and she offered me to sit in the massage chair to wait on the doctor. Love that chair wish I could afford one like that. Doctor does not try to rush me out even though it was only a $49 promotion took at least an hour with me. He didn't have to especially that discount price. I tried one of his procedures not the stretching. The other machine that sounds like pulses into your back. I it hurt when she hit a certain spots but it's supposed to but by the time she was done the spots were not sensitive or hurting anymore in my lower lumbar. I had an 11:30 appointment today it's almost 3:00 and where they treated does not hurt nowhere near what it did before. So far so good. I would recommend this doctor it's not like he's trying to throw a Band-Aid on you by giving you pills or giving you a shot that don't work. You seem to actually want to heal you. I've dealt with doctors for 24 years with my back. And I would go back to this doctor in a heartbeat and that's hard to say with me I'm picky with who takes care of my body

Dr. John from Pivotal Health & Wellness during my treatment to improve my Neuropathy has been very attentive with a lot of knowledge, he explained everything to me without leaving any doubts, he has been of great help with the treatment for my neck and back pain without any problems. Had my first Shockwave treatment today on my left knee. Felt immediate relief. Also had an informative discussion with Dr. Lastofsky. I did my research prior to booking my first visit. I believe Shockwave treatment for knee osteoarthritis is a proven alternative to surgery. Of course, like any other treatment you may choose for your health challenges, do your research on viable medical websites. I also have a family member who is receiving Shockwave therapy from a well respected orthopedic surgeon in NJ and is having good results. This is one of the many reasons I decided to try it.

All staff listen to you and your concerns of your situation with utmost compassion as well as answer your questions honestly. They are up to date with the newest technologies and don’t sugar coat anything so they could solely benefit from it! I have been dealing with my hand issues( severe neuropathy) for three years and have only come across a very few who’ve given me the respect, compassion and time I received from this office! My name is Marie. I’m a patient at Pivotal Health and Wellness since July 2023. I went in there with hurting feet, having no sensation and having a hard time to walk. I was blaming that I was on my feet too much and picked the wrong shoes. When I was diagnosed, I was told by Dr.Darren that I had Neuropathy. I was also told that I lost 50% of my sensation on my feet and legs. You could say I was in a danger zone…almost no reversing the problem. I began treatment with the home care kit….anodyne pro 300 therapy and the rebuilder 300, with my blueprint powder shakes everyday twice a day commitment.I wanted my life back. I was willing to do everything to get back my normal life…walking without pain.
I just had my three month follow up evaluation and in a short time I have improved. I went from no feeling any sensation rating of 3-4 to some sensation on my feet and legs rating of 5-6 even a 10. I WILL take it!!
I am very please with everyone at the office, Dr. Darren and Dr. John, Jamie and Gladys and the two front young ladies…… (sorry I do not remember your names shame on me…thank you for putting up with me when it comes to schedule my appointments with my crazy work schedules. Thank you for always making it work. You are all amazing.
Everyone is very caring, understanding, helpful, very professional, knowledgeable, and are always there to answer any concerns or questions you might have. I didn’t think I was going to come out of this Situation but my improvement has been a life-changing for me and I’m going to continue to fight and do my treatments as I was told and looking forward to be back to 100% like I was. Treatment for Neuropathy worked for me after 90 days. I highly recommend their services. The staff are to be commended too, for their caring attention.

Met with Dr. John today. Went in thorough detail about my neuropathy visit. He is going to consult with Dr. Darren to come up with a plan to treat my symptoms. Staff was very pleasant and office was very clean. My 1st visit was a pleasant experience.

I went in looking to get help with my numbness, imbalance, and numbness I’m experiencing. The doctor was very descriptive about my condition and gave me ways to turn this condition around. The staff had smiling faces as they greeted me. Hopefully, I think I can return to my way of living.

All the personnel is caring and easy going(no one has a chip on their shoulders). Dr. John is my therapist. He listens to his patients and has adjusted my therapy accordingly. So much so that my mobility has improved very much. The process of healing is long and it takes a lot of commitment. This program requires a lot commitment and time. But for me is working. I am so happy I found this program.
