I would give 0 stars if possible. This business is very unprofessional and lacks any customer service skills whatsoever.

I ordered a specific purse from their website for a Christmas gift to match a bag I had purchased elsewhere. It arrived and was not what I ordered. I emailed them and was told it was MY FAULT because the purse was "out of stock"... they also went on to place blame on shopify for swapping the purse. The purse was NOT "out of stock" when the order was placed. (How is it even possible to order something that is not available.? If it was just a timing issue then why not reach out to let the customer know it is not available so the order can be canceled?) I missed out on getting the purse from another site because I wanted to "support small businesses". Lesson learned.

I sent several emails asking about reimbursement for the return shipping cost. No response. I finally called and spoke with the owner Joanie Hill. She told me to go ahead and send it back and the additional shipping cost would be reimbursed. So I sent it, got a refund of the purchase price but then when I inquired about the return shipping I was told they can't do that!

Now they are now responding to emails or phone calls.

So, not only can they not ship what is ordered they argue, blame and lie as well. I am now out the return shipping cost, not to mention the time, effort and aggravation of this entire ridiculous experience with this unprofessional business. I am so disappointed in this business and I would caution anyone about shopping there.
