HarborOne Bank

Harbor One is a great bank! The tellers are always pleasant and quick even when they're busy inside (I'm usually at the drive thru). Never have an issue with the online banking either. Highly Recommended.

Although my initial reason for going to the bank today has yet to be resolved due to system errors beyond the employees control, I experienced an amazing sense of customer service, like they really cared about resolving my issue. Shawn was really helpful in getting in contact with the company figures trying to get their systems back online, and Christine was very helpful relaying information to me from the company of estimated time for the systems to be back up again. Unfortunately with me coming in less than an hour before they closed I was unable to resolve my issue, but experienced only the best of customer service the whole while.

So glad I switched to Harbor One! Very cordial attendants. Wonderful fraud alert department.

Very frustrated with conflicting information given by teller and then manager.

As a business owner this local branch does not pride itself in customer service. They would rather transfer you to a non personal main phone number and let you stay on hold and navigate your way through endless prompts.
Takes approximately 45-60 minutes to simply allow your cards to be used for travel. ZERO accountability
