Loved it here. The ladies behind the counter are so nice. They checked on us several times. The decor is darling too. And the food. Wow. We enjoyed the hot beignets that were cooked just for us. We also brought home some treats that everyone loved.

I love Nola's hot made to order beignets! But their custom made cakes are amazing! I asked them to make a chocolate mouse cake that I knew was going to be a challenge. Not only was it done to perfection and tasted amazing, but the price was fair. I will definitely be ordering specialty cakes from here again!

Beignets are great but so is everything else! You should try them if you have not been there yet!

Delicious every time I go. Everyone is happy and friendly. I have always had great service and wonderful food. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a cake for my daughters baby shower. I was very specific about how I wanted it decorated and it turned out beautiful! Katie did a wonderful job! I got lots of compliments on the cake and it was delicious! The staff there was great! I would definitely recommend them.

Only reviewing breakfast here: this morning they had cinnamon rolls, beignets, & raspberry-cream cheese croissants. I suppose I could have gone for the mini pies or one of the many dessert bars or cookies. The service was great: friendly and a bit of morning conversation. I had the cinnamon roll, and it came out warm and slightly gooey, just the way I like it. They serve Community Coffee here, and they have several unusual flavors (compared to others with Community Coffee in town). Today they had pumpkin spice & praline, dark chocolate & peppermint, coffee & chicory, & breakfast blend. Several tables inside, and a few tables on the front porch.

My son said he tasted heaven after he tasted 1st Beignet at Nola's. Sweet staff. Cute shop. Hot to order beignets at 3 per order for $5. Hard to be beat that tasty deal! They also make specialty cakes and cupcakes. They do lunch specials as well that are Southern comfort food like gumbo and such. It all tastes amazing! They are so sweet and friendly. They truly take care of their customers.

I called this bakery for an order of cupcakes for a school birthday party. They were very accommodating with my strange requests and allergy precautions. They were very pleasant on the phone and seemed willing to please me. I called back and changed my order completely the next day. My grandson wanted a cookie cake. They didn’t seem upset with the change at all. I went in and changed it a third time to add another student to the cake. Again, they were happy to accomadate. I can not say enough good about the people who work here. Customer service is top notch! The cookie cake was huge and it was very soft. BEST ONE I EVER HAD! The students loved it. I will be bragging about them all over Cartersville and Rome. Please check them out if you have a sweet tooth. I plan on visiting them for lunch as well.

Two of the sweetest ladies greet you when you walk in .It's very cozy and the Beignets as advertised on the sign outside we're delicious. I also ordered a key lime mousse cupcake and some Canoli's very yummy no complaints here .They do cake orders also and they offer lunch on some days really great prices can't wait to go back.

I was referred to Nola's by a friend. I called in on Monday for a specific cupcake order for Saturday & Katie delivered! Our daughter is having her 10th birthday party & was so surprised to see 15 "pug" cupcakes, which smelled so delicious when we opened the box! I'll try to figure out how to post a picture. Our daughter was so elated to know everything is edible! Thanks Katie for delivering! Gonna spread the word amongst our community! Personalization counts!

I'm from Louisiana and Nola's gives great beignets, best bread pudding this side of the bayou, and many other treats. Plus Louisiana's own Community Coffee. Enjoy your visit.

The beignets are delicious. Nice little place tucked away outside of downtown Cartersville. It's a must visit just for the pastries. Not going to say these are better than Cafe Du Monde, but I would rather go here than drive to New Orleans any day of the week.

I usually don't like small bakeries because most of them make things that are just balls of sugar with one dimensional flavors. My wife is the type to sneak to the bakery when she gets off work early and I'm the type who sighs about it because I know it won't be worth it. Well, she brought some stuff home from Nola's and I felt like I was at my dang Granny's house or something. I bit into that yummy brown brownie and it was like that scene in that chef rat movie where the food critic was like "wait a minute..." and dreamed of his sweet mama. It was good enough for me to actively seek out a way to positively review the place. Just had that epiphany and I'm like "whaaaat?" I ain't got time for this, yet I'm doing it right now! Dang Nola's, turning my world upside down. Get you some

They are very friendly, always trying to please the customer. Their Beignets and pastries are always fresh and delicious. The cakes are amazing and so good.

Well...I do not know the particulars of that woman's review Raegen Baimonte....However, everytime I order a cake, I know that the selection process and form completed by Nola's, is a very detailed choice of my own choosing and then confirmed by Nola's. There has never been any miscommunication or errors on their part EVER......I would ALWAYS GIVE THEM 5 STARS and if I could.give them more I would......maybe there was something beyond their control going on in that situation, I do not know BUT I will ALWAYS PATRONIZE NOLA'S.......

Always friendly. Great desserts. Fresh beignets what more can you ask for. Always love supporting small businesses. You can tell that this is a labor of love.
