This Dollar General store is the best in Cartersville GA. Almost every time I go to this store I am greeted by Cheyenne. She is so friendly and amazing. She knows the store inside and out. Today I asked her if she's a manager. She told me no. She definitely needs to be the manager of this store. Customers love her. She brightens up the store and makes customers feel welcome. I've watched her interact with customers several times. She's patient, caring, helpful, and understanding. Dollar General store is so blessed to have Cheyenne as their employee and her smile and positive attitude blessed me every time see her☺.

Friendly staff, usually well stocked, self checkout keeps things smooth. I find this store comforting and convenient. I love that they have produce and decorations.

The cashiers were extremely helpful and willing to accommodate me without hesitation. I love when places have outstanding customer service like I experienced here tonight. Definitely going to be my regular DG from now on!

The gentleman that waited on me was very patient. I was trying to get cash back and had to move money around because I didn't know there was a $1.50 charge for cash back so I had to do two transactions because I needed more than what the limit was. I felt really bad about holding up the line but he assured me that I was fine. Thank you for having awesome patients and providing excellent customer service💞

I wanted to get in and out, and was welcomed by a very friendly clerk named Brittney. She was the model of friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness to my needs ,that I wish every retail had! I had a list of things that she kindly gathered for me, and met me at the check out with a smile. I will definitely be back!

More choices in snacks and definitely fresher than a lot of the other dollar stores. When a line starts forming immediately another register opens without long waits. Great job and courteous.

It would be great to go into this location and find everything on your list instead of 8 out of 10 things on your list. Management has changed so often that there is no continuity in their stock. Hopefully they get a staff in there who sticks around for a while and it gets better.

Well about 99% of the time they got just what I need in there they just don't keep enough root beers I love my root beer and my Sunny d Orange juice drinks and the prices are just riding the people are very friendly I just love to go there and money tree too can't get enough of money tree they're cheap on prices good enough for me good enough for you amen God bless

Although this is a relatively new location, this is probably the best DG store in Cartersville. It is clean and orderly, easy to find what you are shopping for, assuming you have been in a DG once or twice before. The staff is generally extremely pleasant even though there is often a long line to check out, run by only one cashier.

This is the only Dollar General I have been in for while that wasn't out of everything. And my granddaughter had to go to the restroom and the cashier was so kind and unlocked the door for her.

Employees are great always friendly and helpful. This corporation needs to recognize their working as fast as they can and hire more help. Disgusting how this company will not put on more staff!!!!

The service is usually friendly and helpful. The crowd can get a but much for the amount of registers, but everyone's chilling together and patient which is a good environment to be in.

I love Dollar General. The only thing that gets me feeling weird and it's not General's fault is people don't wear masks and it is Close Quarters
