My home flooded on Oct 5 2021. Eva Garcia never met me for two years until this occurred. I didn't even know who she wasUrbanista has never completed my the repairs and cleaning of my apartment. It has been in 5 months.

In January 2019 we had an appointment with agent Eva to view a house in Ponce Inlet, Florida on the ocean that we were interested in purchasing. The agent seemed to be in a hurry and rushed us thru the home. My agent told her before hand that we may be up to an hour viewing this home but she kept rushing. She was wearing gym clothes. We did ask questions about the home and she kept texting someone to get the answers. We requested to look at the building plans of the home which she provided and as we were looking at the plans she stated quote “you guys can’t afford this house” unquote. After hearing that unprofessional remark my husband and I walked out of the viewing. As we were outside she did apologize for the statement but the damage was done.
