The front desk staff at this Cartersville location are absolutely wonderful. Very warm, friendly, and patient when scheduling appointments in advance. The atmosphere is calming and inviting. My two masseuses, Robin and Katy are absolutely amazing and so skilled at what they do. Super warm and friendly women, I feel like we’ve been friends for years. They both always ask questions before to see if I have any targeted areas to focus on and I always feel comfortable with them both. They both have helped me so much with my full body inflammation. They pay very close attention to my body’s needs. Very strong hands if you are able to handle a firm pressure, these are your girls. I was instantly impressed and had to sign up for the monthly appointments. I think I’m now upgrading to the 90 minutes going forward, because it was well worth it. I can’t wait to try all the other services that they offer. Book your appointment quick, you won’t be disappointed. FYI, these Robin & Katy are in High Demand, so get on their schedule asap. Oh and I love that they text you a reminder about your appointment, where you can confirm, reschedule or cancel right from the text. So convenient. Oh yeah and it is a VERY Clean Facility

First time going to this place for a massage, and it was amazing. Nice staff and great products. The lobby area smells wonderful. I had Gretchen, and she was probably the best I have ever had. She did exactly what I asked for and was extremely nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!

I had the best experience ever! I came in for a facial and massage, and my facial tech, Ashley, gave me the best I've ever had! I've had countless facials and never had one like this. She was detailed and caring, and truly nurturing to the specific needs of my skin. It made me enroll for the monthly subscriptions, and each time I've gone back to her it's got better and better. I love the products and what they do to my skin, I highly recommend. 10/10!!!

I love Robin Bennett, my massage therapist! I had to have a second massage this month due to an injury from a fall. She always opens her schedule for me! She offers earlier times when she has them, because she knows I like early times. She has come in on her days off!!! She goes out of her way to care for those who need care!!! She is the best part of my Lavida experience!!!

The experience and atmosphere are priceless, but be aware that you may not be able to find your car once your session is complete. If you’re stressed or just need to add something to your routine this is it.

Love the relaxing atmosphere, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Wesley is hands-down the best massage therapist. He’s highly skilled, professional and attentive to the discussed problem areas to maximize the whole experience. I was also highly pleased with my first facial from Sabrina this past weekend. My masseuse was Charlene, i think. She was amazing. Our statures are similar so she understood my concerns and suggested some at-home stretches for my pain. She was calming and very compassionate. Very polite and friendly. I had a 90 minute massage and the cost was $80. I tipped her cash as well. I also bought the focus essential oil, a 'facial kit' bag, and 2 patches for pain.

I haven't been for a massage in quite some time. I set an appointment with Tameka. She is absolutely AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about her. She really paid attention to what I said I needed the most. Usually I find myself tense even while getting a massage...not with her. I almost fell asleep! She has a soothing voice when she talks. She makes light conversation but not too much like some massage therapists at other places.

I will be coming back as soon as I can and I will refer as many others as I can to her.

I love getting massages and always want to enjoy it with my best friend for some girl's time. I have had 3 different therapists and they've all been great. My friend absolutely loves Tomeka. My friend has never enjoyed massages as much as she has with Tomeka, she's the best! The hot towels are great!

The staff here are very friendly and attentive to their customers. They have different essential oil scents that you can add to your massage oils to increase stress reduction. There are about 15 scents including my personal favorite, eucalyptus. The massage therapist I had was excellent. She focused on all of the points I carry the most stress, mostly my shoulders and lower back. I felt so relaxed after leaving. Excellent place to get a massage.

Love it. I love Beth!! She listens to what I need and gives me the pressure I want. I like all the therapists and the front desk staff that I have encountered. I always leave feeling refreshed and my muscles are always happy!. I have never felt uncomfortable with anyone there.
