Zach was the point man on my tire adventure, but I wanna shout out to the whole shop! I had a run over debris blow out pulling a trailer, and had to be towed to Discount Tire for repairs. Let me add was in a rush to get my bulldog to the vet another 1.5 hours away with the clock ticking.

The tire pit stop took on a life of its on with a couple changes but an ultimate expedited solution in the FASTEST time I could have imagined.

Thanks to Zach and the team for getting my baby girl to her appointment and the tires are just what my truck needed.

Got a new set of tires at this location, Geeat fast service all around. Special shout out to Bryan for his professionalism! Definitely be back for any wheel/tire needs!

Discount Tire to the rescue again!!! Got a flat and was close enough to get the car to them. Since I always buy from them and have the protection certificate on each tire they just popped a new one on in less than 10 minutes for freeee! I love you guys and appreciate your swiftness on saving my weekend!

Auto/tire shops are usually ran by grumpy people that make you feel unwelcome, but every time I walk into discount tire you’re welcomed by positive outgoing employees that all truly care about the place as if it’s their own! Always impressed by the guys at this location. Extremely helpful and fairly priced.

Traveling and had a flat tire. Staff was very professional, and polite. Waiting room was spotless. Work was quick and well done. Highly recommend!

Zeak has outstanding customer service and communications. I called for a tire quote, and he listened to my needs, and provided a full breakdown of 3 different recommendations, all in-stock! Good phone etiquette is so hard to come by these days.

Had some issues with some nittos I bought online and had installed at a different shop. Nitto had me come to discount for a tire inspection. Thomas the manager at the Cartersville location told me he would take care of everything with nitto and they got nitto to pay for a set of tires and made it right. Thomas has to be one of the most professional people I have met at any tire shop ive been to. Discount tire has earned my business from here on out!

Management is always friendly and you can tell they run their shop professionally. My husband swears by Discount Tire and we don't go anywhere else.

Brought them 2 unmounted wheels . They replaced them but left a fairly large scratch in one of them and a chip in the other rim . Shea came out and agreed, he sent the wheels off to a 3rd party to refinish them , had them back the next day . Look good , great customer service.

Thanks for making it right , I will continue to use DT but will ask next time that their #1 guy do the job and I’ll wait how ever long that takes to avoid any issues.

If you ever need tires, this is the place to go Zach is the man to talk to I had a nail repair that was to close to the wall to get patched and he set me up with the deal of a lifetime! Can’t recommend them enough!

I went in with a need for 2 tires, I really appreciate the fact that they were honest and didn't try to upsale. Everyone was courteous and friendly. They got my Jeep done quicker than promised, good service!

I stopped by with a flat tire; they took care of it quickly, repairing the tire and putting me back on track in one hour or so.
They don't charge for the repair, although i explained i wasn't local and most likely not to pass again in the area.
Everybody was nice and professional.

I've been doing business with Discount Tire for 10 years (back when I had my old Ford Focus last decade and was driving to the Woodstock location, all the way to this decade and my Ford Fiesta [and thankfully now they have a local Discount Tire here in Cartersville]).

They've always been very personable, knowledgeable about everything tires, and helpful regardless of the location, their tire prices are more than reasonable; best of all, they rotate/balance your tires free of charge (and put air in your tires/test your tire air pressure for free, too). I recommend getting Road Hazard tire insurance on your tires here, which they can put on your tires even if you didn't buy them there----it insures against anything from the road which causes a tire to go flat...I've had to use my Road Hazard insurance more than once these ten years of doing business with them!

I was treated like I was spending big bucks! Only needed a rotate and balance!

Go see Shae and the rest of the crew for the best deals and service in town. They made shopping for custom wheels easy. We will continue to use Discount Tire Cartersville for all our vehicles.
