If I could give this place 10 stars I would. While traveling home on a long drive with my baby I got a nail in my tire. Out of desperation I called 10 minutes before they closed saying I was on the way and needed a plug for my tire but also that I needed help installing it. Most auto stores would’ve turned us away with it being so close to closing time and had a “not my problem” attitude. Not this place. Ruthie and Douglas absolutely saved the day. Pulling from their own kits in their cars they plugged my tire and even changed my windshield wipers and asked for nothing in return. We literally would’ve been stranded without them. These two are earth angels who proved tonight that good people still exist in the world. Autozone is extremely fortunate to have these two amazing, selfless, honest people working for their company.

Our battery light indicator came on while on our wedding anniversary evening. Made at quick stop to AutoZone. The crew came out and helped us determine a battery was needed. They even helped install it! Thank you!

Went in today and received amazing customer service by James who helped me figure out how to change my car key battery! Even though he didn’t know how to change it, he helped me figure it out through the process and was even kind enough to go to his own car to bring some tools that may be useful. I had originally went to the Advanced Auto Parts right next to this and the guy working there had told me to “go somewhere else” because he didn’t know how to change it. So glad I decided to leave and come to this AutoZone instead.

Needed a battery. Called ahead of time to ensure they had one in stock. ( I highly recommend this if you need such a part or service.) They did.
They put in the new one very quickly. Very fast. Very easy. Highly recommended.

Haven’t been to this store in a while due to many disappointing experiences but I gave them another chance today and it appears they have a new staff, and I must say what a difference! Carlos and Mark were amazing. The store had a full staff like I’ve never seen, I’ll for sure be coming back.

The staff are so professional and helpful, and knowledgeable of what they are doing. I am very impressed with the new staff. I purchased a new battery, not knowing that the employee that was helping me was going to install it as well, I am so impressed!

Great place to buy parts and they always have what I need. When they don’t, luckily there is another autozone down the street and the buy here pick up there system is amazing and very convenient.

Great helpful service and they have items that most other places did not have. Really appreciated the free check engine light service offered and found it extra helpful. Won't waste my time at any other store now. Super reliable place to go.
