Trish Sullivan did an amazing job selling our first house a couple of years ago. Her comprehensive marking plan and proactive approach got us a fast sale at our desired price. Terrible experience with the Vermaas Group. Had to terminate our contract. Very rude agent and absent Broker that sold themselves as a team. Even our neighbors had bad encounters with the agent. Said she was very rude to them.
Both broker and agent made empty promises.
In the end we received an email after termination was over from the agent blaming us for everything.
Very disappointing.

Kim Thompson will not call me back. I've left messages on her phone and at the office. I'm trying to inquire about a home they have listed. Sorry if this is your home she's selling. She's not doing a very good job.
