I first contacted Jann Rothstein when I realized how crazy the real estate market in Port Orange is and had to shift gears from looking to purchase a home to finding a rental property in the interim. From the moment I met Jann, I was upfront about our situation (needing a rental while actively looking for a home to purchase) and she provided viable options to help meet my family’s needs.

Throughout the process, she’s provided a wealth of information and flexibility beyond what I would have anticipated. Jann’s been communicative, professional, and honest. She’s jumped through hoops to ensure both her homeowner and our needs are met and has put countless hours into her work.

I cannot thank Jann enough for all she’s done to help ease the transition of moving from the Midwest to Port Orange, FL and would highly recommend her.

Jann is a consummate professional, especially as I was really stressed about moving from NJ to FL in order to take a new job after losing mine to the Covid crisis. Not only is the rental house charming and just the right size for my family, the price is just crazy.. course I am from NJ and my experience renting has always been a fortune.. the layout is non-traditional which we love and everything is open and flows well. There is a HUGE bonus room that I hardly know what to do with, and an extra bedroom. The kitchen is to DIE for. She has maintained the property so well it feels like a newer home and even has a new roof! Best part.. its a block from the intercoastal water way and three blocks from the beach. What a life! All thanks to Jann! I feel like she really went out of her way not to add any additional stress on me and my family and make the move as easy as possible even guiding me through the process of hooking up utilities. Thanks Jann! You are awesome!

I reached out asking if the owner of the home would be interested in a rental agreement. I understand how unlikely that is.. however, I didn't expect to be ignored. I was told she had other rentals available and I asked for them to be sent over.... did not get a response.

We would have written an honest review of our year working closely with Jann Rotstein of Daytona Realty Inc, but there was a non-disparagement clause in the lease agreement we signed, so unfortunately we cannot describe our stay, sorry.
