Advice for anyone buying a home. Use your own home inspector and architectural engineer. My home has multiple problems, even though it was said to be a very sound structure. Believe me. If I wanted a home needing extensive repairs I would have purchased one at half the price. Lessons learned. Seller will lie on the disclosure to get premium price.
