Great fresh vegetables of all kinds! Biscuits are large and delicious! Prices are super low for the food n' wait staff that serve you!! This restaurant is one of "The Best Diners" I've ever been to!!! I just wish there was one closer to E. Texas!!! We'll definitely be dinning there again on our next trip to see my Dad in Cartersville, GA!!!!

We have been to this restaurant several times for both lunch and dinner. The food is good home style cooking, the menu diverse offering fish, beef, pork, chicken and more dishes with many vegetables, and is reasonably priced. It is a family restaurant with model a train circling the ceiling in the dining room and real trains passing across the street.. The wait staff is very pleasant, and are interested in making your meal a pleasurable experience. I really appreciate that I am allowed to season my meal the way I like it.

Love this place! Being new to the area it was nice to be treated like family. The restaurant is very quaint and clean with a little train going around the ceiling. My husband and I enjoyed dining here at least once or twice a month.

Love this place! Great food and prices. The service is always really good. They have a drive-thru pick up available if you doubt want to sit and eat, which is really awesome! My kids like pushing the train button to watch their model train go around the ceiling when we're there.

Family and I was on our way to the Atlanta Aquarium and wanted to eat breakfast somewhere different. The food, service, prices and atmosphere was great.There's a model train going around the ceiling that kept the kids attention so they didn't get bored. Will be going back.

our ROMEO motorcycle group really enjoys the great fresh breakfast food and good service. we come with 15-20 each time we've been and the service has been quick and correct. lunch service has been great as well...

Omg !!!! Wow !!!! Wonderful!!!! The breakfast is perfect !!! Hometown goodness for sure!!! I was totally surprised how great it was,,,will go back every chance I get !!! The prices are so cheap for the quality of food and the staff is friendly ,,,sure beats Waffle House or IHOP hands down !

Loved this place. Staff made us feel right at home, and the price was right! They had all of our southern favorites on the menu, even fried bologna.

Amazing food and atmosphere! The cook came out to joke around with us about getting the best piece of chicken lol the staff was all super friendly and welcoming!

Finally found a good country cooking restaurant. Had grilled pork chops, fried green tomatoes, salad and cornbread. everything was delicious. Clean and friendly place.

I absolutely loved eating here. Not a bad thing to say about anything. The food is cooked with love and it taste like you were eating your grandmother's cooking.

Love the food and the girls there are GR8 at taking care of you. Staffed well and no wait with awesome food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If you are looking for that vintage good old-fashioned environment with excellent southern food this is the place you want to go staff is clean super friendly and they also have very good memories most of their customers they know by name repeat business or offer house accounts and point rewards systems and the food is phenomenal

Great local place, and can't beat the portions for the price. Recommend the country fried steak but haven't had anything bad.

When my husband and I go to Whistle Stop, we are treated like family. Smiles and, "HI IT IS SO GOOD TO SEE YOU AGAIN!" and hugs just like we are part of the family. My name is Cindy and my husband's name is Russell.

Always love the country cooking for breakfast. This day the place was packed but the service was impeccable.
