McDonald's

I'm not going to rave about the food; it's fast food and it's McDonald's. It's pretty much what you'd expect. It keeps hunger at bay, and I like it. However, I would like to say that the people on the morning crew really have their act together. My order has always been right and they're fast, which is a definite plus when I'm on my way to work. Also, unlike the McDonald's on Veteran's Parkway close to downtown, I've never had to beg for ketchup while the counter people ignore me and pretend like they don't see me standing there for an interminable amount of time; they just give me ketchup.

Man, what can I say? Yvette’s Friday night crew is the McDonald’s A-Team. My brotha with the hair bun is taking orders, stayin cool calm and collected - just a chill guy. Then there’s my buddy at the 2nd window - couldn’t be kinder, especially at 11 PM; and finally the double quarter pounder - perfection. I’ve never met this Friday night crew, but man did they give the best Friday night ride at McDanks.

We eat here often and only had one time where the wait was long. They gave us a complimentary shake for the wait.

Food and coffee served quick and hot and folks was friendly.

Hubby wanted something to eat for breakfast so I went here and got him something to eat as well as myself.

As far as I can tell it’s still one of the very few fast food places that claims they’re open 24/7 and they are. You just have to use the drive thru after hours the lobby is closed. I ordered a Big Mack combo about 5:15am and didn’t have a lick of problems. If you see a fast food place in Google Maps such as Waffle House or Krystal saying they’re open 24/7 still try calling the place first. Especially the Krystal restaurants. They’ll Advertise on the post outside the restaurant they’re open 24/7 and Google Maps will say they’re open 24/7. The Manchester Expressway still advertises 24/7 When the lobby closes at 8 PM.

It was very clean, they weren't chatting and messing around, they were actually working!
It didn't take long to get order and everything was hot and fresh.

Not the best run store. Customer service lacks lots. I don't think they care about the customer. Very poor service. Will be a while before I go back. Actually terrible service!!!!!!

Food is always fresh.

The breakfast is great! And so are the prices! I love the 2 for $2 on the breakfast menu! My food is cooked to order so it's always hot and fresh. And the wait time isn't too bad, even with the pandemic going on. Oh and the contact less pay option at the window....pretty cool feature not to mention safe! I'm loving it!

Very good customer service not just from my cashier, but from everyone behind the counter. This group seems to work well together. It was fun watching them do the dance of preparing multiple orders. They didn't miss a beat, either!

The team was on top their game the customer service we received made me feel like a restaurant atmosphere. Young man opened the door for us greeted us. Ask us if the food was prepared as we requested offered to refill our teas and took the tray when we were finished.

The overall experience would be highest mark that you can make thru a drive-thru excluding unsavory people around the drive-thru.

This is the best McDonald's my husband and I have ever been to. We have never gone out of our way to eat McDonald's and rarely go out to eat but my husband refuses to go anywhere except this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, our order is always right and the food is always great.

This young lady Melissa took my order and she had the best customer service and as I got to the window to get my food this young lady name Kiki gave me my order and she also had great customer service this McDonald's is on Victory Drive. Keep up the good work ladies 😉

My grandchildren love the happy meal... I love the $3 price. Now that my grandson has gotten old enough to understand ordering... he will tell me every option he wants and sometimes he orders a side burger.🍽 Still under $5 and he gets a new toy! What!?!?😃

Had a long night and like any long night you’d want to end it on a good note. Well... just so happened to drop by McDonald’s for the first time in awhile and not only did they honor a code from the app that was messed up, they gave me a frappe that I will not forget. 👌 Well done my friends. On behalf of us military personnel... y’all are hero’s to uce lol.
