The rooms are expensive but I guess for the location it’s a nice place to stay rooms are cool but not cold

I've known Connie for about 2 years. She is the owner/operator. She is a sweetheart. Kind and considerate. The truth is yes it's not the best place in town. Connie is not really running a turnstile type motel. She has most of the rooms rented out to long term guests. She treats everyone like family. If you're hungry Connie will feed you. If you don't have any clothes Connie has plenty of stuff from past guests. If you want fancy service and want to act like a big shot go to the Hard Rock. If you need someone who will sit with you when your low and tell you everything will be alright Connie is that person. Ain't that pretty!!!

Mark & Barbara Bailen is brother & sister inlaw to the owners who because of the way they treated there Father & Mother were disinherited the reviews they have left below is out of anger and uncredited .... they are liars with very evil dispositions !!!!!!!!

This is our little motel nestled in the heart of Daytona Beach & Holly Hill It is very quiet and peaceful close to all the attentions but far enough away to be comfortable and home like! It's a very safe place with little to no activity of buying & selling things....! It's a shame people that are the owners enemies can wright bad reviews on places they were disinherited from! This is a very hospitable and comfortable place to stay....! We Love This Little Mom & Pop!!!

Love it they remodeled it. It looks amazing. The cleaning crew is friendly the manager is also very friendly

I only love visiting Connie. Shes an amazing loving lady who loves her cats. Shes a sweetheart 💕💕💕💕💕
