Nice gym I enjoy the set up of the equipment and atmosphere.

Only gym I’ve been to on base. All I need. Peaceful. Not overly busy.

I love the functional aspect of this gym. There is a large quantity of machines and open space for sled pushes, battle ropes, warrior obstacle gym, etc. Plus the showers are private and have plenty of hot water. I will be going back.

I love coming there it quite and you get a good workout and it very clean and like how the employee come around sanitizer the equipment.

Great place for weight lifting, power lifting, and high intensity workouts.

I think it's a great gym. Be even better if they turned it into 24hrs like they did to smith's gym.

Best gym on post. Been here only a week and a half and hands down this gym puts all others to shame. Most clean facility I have been to in my 11 years in the army.

Lots of equipment. Good crossfit area, good free weight area. Probably the best gym on ft benning imo.

This is a good place to workout, it's not too crowded and have all the equipment you'll need for a good workout.

Reopening and remodeled for 1SFAB and MATA on Kelley Hill. Large basketball court sized area for more of a crossfit workout and then an additional smaller part of the gym with a traditional looking weight room with cardio room attached.

This is my bar the best gym I’ve been to! Has everything you can think of in terms od equipment.

Great gym for anybody looking to improve overall fitness. Has equipment for cardio, weights, and functional fitness.

Aside from being crazy busy during peak hours, and even then you don't really have to wait for much of anything, this gym has everything you need to get your workouts done.

Had everything I need. The turf is great and plenty of racks. This is true especially for Crossfitters.

Awsome gym more equipment than any others. Only problem is they are closed on the weekends.
