I had an excellent experience with Charles at Cataneo Plumbing. His work was top-notch, and he efficiently resolved my hot water heater issue. Charles is a true professional - prompt, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend his services.

He does really good work at a fair price. Also he makes sure everything is updated and up to code. I don't think my water heater could have been in any more difficult place in this condo.

May 2023 We just recently had to replace one of out toilets and we called Charles with Cataneo Plumbing because he is so AWESOME. He came out the same day, told us what to buy and was back within the week to replace the toilet.

We called Charles with Cataneo Plumbing on the advice of Clog Dog. He did a great job unclogging our laundry drain. He was very polite, professional and definitely knows his craft. We would definitely recommend him to take care of all your plumbing needs.

Rarely do we find people that are professional, nice, and can do the job 100%. That is what Charles is. To say I would recommend him is an understatement. He had great communication and was on time. Only Plumber I would use in the future if at all possible.

I’m more than pleased with the work and level of professionalism I received while running into some plumbing issues at my property.

Amazing service. Great communication. This is the first time I have worked with him and the job was demanding. I had a ridiculous quote from a branded company, then called about 11 other companies in search of someone that sounded like they wanted to work and had availability to at least take a look within a day or two. Charles' first call to me let me know that he would be my plumber! I have no need for any others!

Charles is incredible! Replumbed my whole house in copper. Some sewer work. Doing total shower remodels and he ran all the complex lines. Very courteous, on time, professional. Won't have anyone else work on my house but him. So pleased. I never knew plumbing could be pretty, my new pipes are!! And he used thick copper I know this will last at least 100 yrs, it replaced super thin pipes that have been in my house for almost 70 yrs. I don't think we only gained a plumber hiring Charles, we gained a friend.

Charles is a wonderful person and an excellent plumber. I’ve hired him for multiple plumbing projects in my mid century home and every time he goes over and beyond what is expected. He’s an excellent communicator, making sure that options and details are clearly understood. Though he keeps a full schedule and works long hours, he still finds time, to quickly make himself available. He's meticulous about his craftsmanship. He’s very professional, stays focused on what he’s doing. He’s very knowledgeable in what he does. He’s respectful, has impeccable manners and cleans up any mess. He’s very reasonable and dependable. Honestly, I usually don’t ever write business reviews but am so impressed by how well he’s treated me that as a loyal customer felt obliged to. I’m very grateful for the work he’s done for me. This was my best experience ever with a plumbing service, and I'm 44, so I've hired a large number of folks. He even came over late in the evening for me because one of our faucets broke off. He explained to me what he was doing and was incredibly polite and professional. He did two jobs for us - the faucet and installed a new spicket for us. Great work!

I've been using Cataneo Plumbing Inc for about 10 years. The quality of the work is top notch and the customer service is the best. Charles Cataneo is one of the most honest and trustworthy people you could meet, his prices are fair and he explains in detail what needs to be done. I have never had to call Cataneo Plumbing back to fix a problem...It's fixed the first time. Charles is a Master Plumber without the high price tag. He can be trusted to be fair and honest, in fact I have given him access to my house when I am not home.

Charles Cataneo worked on multiple rental properties, including our home over the last 8 years. He is the most honest and hard working master plumber you will find if you want the job done right the first time. Some
of the types of work he's done for us; well pump installation, multiple pipe and drain repairs, hose bibs, supply lines, shower cartridge rebulids, hot water heaters, bathroom vanity/piping/faucet installs, dishwasher installs, house shut offs, toilet rebuilds, etc.. He will offer the best and most cost effective approach. If I could give him a 10+ l would. We don't cheap out when it comes to plumbing because water damage can cost thousands. He cares and takes pride in his work.

I was at my wits end with a leak that I needed help in fixing near my meter. After I found the leak, I asked Google assist to find a plumber nearby. It pulled up Cataneo Plumbing, very friendly, answered my call right away, sent him a picture and he called back saying he could squeeze me in and was here in a couple hours, done in a couple hours. Much to my relief to everything, rain coming in, and it being Good Friday, I panicked, thinking I'll have to wait till Monday and not have any access to water because since I found the leak, the pipe was exposed and it left me without having to be able to turn the main valve back on without it possibly causing a bigger problem. I can't believe what QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. After Mr. Cantaneo handed me the bill, I really thought I must be dreaming or divine intervention! I could weep how happy I was to have the problem fixed, because all I could do for the last several weeks is turn on the main... hurry...fill buckets and jump in the shower super quick, and laundry done. I feel super blessed, and the least I can do is expound on my gratitude towards this guy, Mr. Charles is great, professional and goes beyond. I personally think if 5 stars is the best, I would double that to make it a 10. Thanks Mr. Charles, and Cataneo Plumbing, you're the Best! 🙆‍♀✝💜🌷
