NICOLE JIMENEZ GONZALEZ Is always kind and efficient. I know when I go to H&R Block things are done right and with a warm smile. She knows what she is doing and can even give you advice on things that may change for the next year when life events happen. She gets to know you and always remembers your name no matter where you see her. She is very professional And you can see she is a great leader.

I usually always use h&r block. Never had any issues at any location. The lady gave some good advice and tips for next year and also how to protect my underage sons credit from being stolen.

Letty was a great person and answered all of our questions (My wife and myself). She went above and beyond to help us get our best tax income, plus she was informative.

Ms. Shelly, Jennifer at the fort benning location treated my wife & I with the utmost respect. Her personality was warning, tax information was spot on, and made the entire process of filing easier. My recommendation is that H&R Block inform their customers of the paperwork required to bring in prior to the appointment time, a preliminary phone call if you will.

Cherington Lackland, senior tax analyst; is a true professional of which she is a subject matter expert, maintained an approachable and upbeat tone of which the tax filing experience felt more of a friendly conversation yet staying on task, thus easing the work effort; and was very prepared and proactive with addressing most of my possible questions/concerns {Q/C} during her presentation. Additionally, the Q/C's I verbally mentioned, were quickly and nicely answered and resolved.... Cherington's integrity, confidence, and competence is absolutely amazing, of which she will advise what can or can't be claimed, with the reasons in a professional and kind tone.... Cherington Lackland is the best tax analyst, I have ever met!
