Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus/Near Fort Benning

Everyone was so awesome and made me feel at home. The rooms were great, the location of the hotel was very convenient as there were multiple restaurants and fun spots go to. Josh from the front desk also checked me in and gave me my amazing room. He was patient with me and even suggested some places around town. Would definitely stay again.

Combination of business and pleasure trip. Good room at an affordable price. the WiFi was good, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, it was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

My husband & I stayed 6 nights here while in the area for our son’s jump week and graduation from Airborne School at Fort Moore. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The suite style allowed us plenty of room to have our soldier son over for visits, watching football, having dinner delivered, etc.
The location is perfect! It’s right off an exit, close to Fort Moore, and has easy access to the highway to get to downtown, restaurants, and other things to see and do.

Room was clean comfortable. Hotel was close to interstate and Fort Moore, the reason for our visit. Missy and James were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here to visit our oldest son at Fort Moore. Location was great, rooms were clean, and service was great (thanks Missy, you were awesome!). We would definitely stay here again!

If you are ever in Columbus, GA or visiting Ft. Benning for work or pleasure, you MUST stay at Microtel Inn and Suites/near Ft. Benning!! I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the staff, especially the manager, Ms. Phoenix. They were able to accommodate my husband and I when we had to change the dates of our stay due to an issue beyond our control! We were traveling to see our son’s Army Ranger school ceremony which is a special occasion, but the date of graduation changed! Not only did we have to change our flights, but we had to change the dates of our stay at the hotel. The front desk staff was so courteous and patient and they helped us so that we could change the dates and avoid cancellation fees! They were very empathetic with our situation since it was military-related and beyond our control. Phoenix and her crew have impeccable customer service!! The hotel is always so clean, fresh, and close to Ft. Benning when we visit our son!! We only stay at the Microtel Inn and Suites near Ft. Benning. You will not regret it!!! Thank you to their amazing team. You deserve to be recognized!!

This is a lovely place to stay, with a beautiful pool and clean rooms. The lobby and rooms smell so fresh and very clean. This manager runs a tight ship. Friendly staff and very helpful.

This is an amazing hotel. I always research before I stay. I was conflicted about staying because I saw a couple of negative reviews... BUT I AM SO HAPPY I CAME ANYWAYS!! This place was beautiful and very very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will stay often because i come to Columbus on business often. The staff is great

I want to start with a Special Thank you to Manager Missi at the Front Desk she was absolutely Amazing. This is the reason I would give the Hotel a 5 out of 5 stars, she gets a 10. The Hotel was clean and the rest of the Staff and Cleaning Crew was good. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

The rooms are very cozy, clean and perfect! And the staff is awesome! I enjoyed how nice everyone is and loved staying here! 10/10.

Our stay here was very relaxing and enjoyable.. The staff was super friendly with great southern hospitality and they made you feel like you were right at home.. The breakfast was a great spread with the food being fresh ..The hotel is very nice and clean with spacious rooms, and the beds are amazingly comfortable...so if you want to stay at a great place that is also very affordable with the nicest people, then this is your place...

Missie at the front desk is one of the best people I've ever dealt with. Her attitude and joyful demeanor helped make this experience remarkable. Even with 5 guests in line, she took the time for us.

I loved my stay here. Room was comfortable and the perfect size, felt like a safe area, clean, nice amenities. My husband thought the beds were the comfiest he’s ever laid on, but he’s spent the past 3 months sleeping on thin bunk beds, and the 3 days before sleeping in the woods for basic training😂

The only downsides I felt were the road beside it is a little noisy during the day, the light on the billboard out front is very bright at night (although neither of those things are the hotels fault), and breakfast options are pretty limited. Other than those things, this was considerably one of my better hotel stays, and I will definitely be back when he graduates AIT :)

Slight black mold here and there. Comfortable beds. The front desk staff is very friendly. Good breakfast. In town for our son's basic training graduation. Convenient to Fort Moore.

Rashawn is so friendly. He helped me by getting my fresh towels... the entire staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and parking lot is very well kept. This was a wonderful stay! Thanks Rashawn!

When I went to the hotel they had a wonderful manager of the name of missing she was very helpful professional and she met all of my hotel needs it was very clean the staff was very helpful they also had a manager of the name of Angel she was very professional and helpful when I needed to call the front desk they answered quickly and had all my needs met I would love to return to this hotel and stay the next time I'm in Georgia if you ever in Columbus Georgia Georgia please go to this hotel and enjoy the experience that I did
