If they don't have it,they will tell you were to get it, most of the time they got it,in the store every one is on their job to help you...

Went there to get a key made due to Walmart not doing keys anymore because they said that they are all on recall??? And Home Depot stated that their machine was down because it keeps shorting out… smh.. ACE delivered positive customer service as soon as I walked through the door. I was greeted with a smile and was asked what could they help me with. I was in and out in no time with what I needed. WAY TO GO ACE HARDWARE!!!!!!

Great place to go for any parts, plumbing, electric, yard tools. Repair service. Employees are very helpful.

Home Hardware is the only hardware store I will go to.I drive by Dan's Hardware to get to Home Hardware. I have never been in this store that I didn't meet the VERY kindest staff.
They always fulfill my needs.The young man that helped me yesterday the 14th Jan didn't even know what he was doing(he told me)yet somehow figured out and found what I needed.
I felt like I knew him all my life and just met him..
I don't know what Gary does to his staff,but all of them are the very best in town..
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOME HARDWARE for your hardware needs..and let the kindness rub off on you before you leave..
If the whole world had what Home Hardware has,it would be a better place..Its called the GOLDEN RULE.

I had purchased a chainsaw at a different location and was having some trouble with it. The staff listened to my concerns and made sure the saw was in working order. They even took my out back and showed me a few things on the saw that the first store had neglected to do so. Fantastic customer service!

I went to pick up an online order. I had to use my husband's truck cause he took my car. Realizing he didn't have extra masks. I walked in Ace feeling awkward without my mask. But the voices of Angels 😇 came within me when I saw a sign say free mask! 1 dollar for extra. Well it was just me guaranteeing me a free mask. They are so awesome to have that for their customers like myself! Thank you so much! ❤ The young woman that helped me out was very friendly too.

I really like this store. You can just about find anything you need here. Great place to purchase lawnmower blades and parts and have your mower fixed if necessary.

I've carried my lawn equipment there for many years. The service is good. The technicians and mechanics are the best. The prices are fair . They are the best.

I am writing this in reference to a visit to Ace Hardware on St Marie,s Rd in Columbus Georgia. Yesterday the chain on my Husquarna chainsaw came off and I needed a chain. I noticed on the chain it had 80 stamped on it. I went to Lowe’s,s and found a chain that had 80 on the package. Turned out this chain had 96 stamped on the chain. I then decided to go to Ace Hardware on Blackman Rd. They told me I needed a 72 tooth chain and were out of stock. The young man in the lawn department was nice enough to call the Ace Hardware on St Mary,s. They said they had one so I Drove across town to get it. There was a young black man working in the lawn department. He took the chain and counted to teeth. It was 68 not 72. He asked me if I had the saw with me. I did so he then tried to put the chain on it. The teeth on the 1st chain were not the right thickness. He then got another chain and put it on for me. I am writing this just to say how impressed I was with this young man. He was just a “Book Of Knowledge” and this Ace Hardware is so fortunate to have him working there. So after running all over town using a half of tank of gas I got the chain on. I was beginning to think I was going to have-to take it to a repairmen just to have a chain put on. There are so many different chains it takes someone that knows this business to find the right one.

Their customers service is A1 bar none. Their prices are fair for a neighborhood store. I always have a great experience when I shop there.

There's always someone there to help you. It's almost like they look for someone that needs help. Love it !!
