Kelly/Charles gave outstanding Service. Soon as I came in they greeted me and had my file already pulled up in the system. The processes took about 10 minutes. They showed me how to use the gate and gave TOP TIER service!

OMG, this was an amazing experience!! Mr Floyd was very helpful and kind. He made the boring task of searching for a storage very pleasant. He spoke with everyone who came in while he was working with me, making sure no one felt unnoticed.

Mr Charles was friendly, informative, and patient! Very quick and easy process. Charles didn’t mind showing multiple units to accommodate our needs! Glad we chose Compass for our storage! Great customer service!

Answer all my questions, took care of my uhaul transaction very quickly. We had a great conversation while getting me a great deal!

What a lovely facility. Very clean. I felt comfortable renting a storage space because it was very well kept. When I entered the building Mr. John greeted me and showed me to my storage unit. Once I see the unit, I decided that it wasn’t the best fit for me. Mr. John went to the next unit he had available and it was the one. He was very nice and did not get frustrated with me switching my units. I highly recommend self storage on Jodeco Rd.

Charles ,and lartise took care of my sister very professionally and made the process very easy . P.s the tootsie rolls there are great .

I found this storage quick, I was in a pinch to move some items quickly came in and asked about their rates they were great so I paid for a storage same day and Charles was alot of help he knew everything I asked about and was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this storage place to everyone
