Eagle's Landing Middle School

I like this school, my teachers have taught me well and actually make me go want to go to school! The school uniform is actually pretty comfortable, and they give you this because of all the peer pressure on clothes during the higher schools. And by the way Shaquan, I remember that, and they kind of did try to help you... (no offense)

this school is the 7th grade basketball champions we gonna be 2nd time champions for another win im gonna be on the basketball team watch out dutchtown and other schools we about to beat yall again if yall ask who it is its me keyshawn.

I'm in 6th grade and the school is great we have so much fun and the teachers actually care about u getting a education.

I understand why they want us to where uniforms but can we atpeast keep the colpred hair and jackets cause 1) the school is cold and 2) it might be uncomfortable for aone people.I also want to know if we put the achool logo on our jackets do we still need to unzip our jacket?

Its a good school except the uniform rule is to strict.

All the teachers are decent except for one teacher named Mrs. Strange who is REALLY nice and is fun to learn with. I really wish I would get a teacher like her in 8th grade :(

Mr. Gallman (From Team 703) is annoying. He is a terribly sarcastic teacher, and only makes us do project based learning and that's no fun, and he says we should be able to handle it because we're the advanced class but that's not even fair (About 2-3 weeks ago he made us do an essay on who he should vote for, when we ourselves know nothing about politics, and isn't it against the rules for a teacher to talk about the current president system and politics?) I'd much rather do Bookwork. Projects take time and he expects us to do it in a day or so. Bull. Crap.

Most of the kids in these classes are jerks. They get mad at you for practically anything, have no respect for any other students, and always trying to hit you or something. But I have made a few friends.

The Uniform... Honestly, it blows. They're WAY too strict about it. "Oh you're shoes have a speck of red in it? in it? ISS. You're socks aren't a solid color? ISS. Your jacket is not a certain color? ISS". I mean, it's a great school, but come on.

Also, the advanced classes should be on a whole different team, instead of just chaging around the periods we go to. I mean come on, In my first 2 weeks i had Mrs. Ratliff, Ms Hines (Now Mr. Gallman), and so on.. But when the school learned I was supposed to be advanced, they just switched around my periods. Really?

This is my first year, and while I am liking it, I am quite disappointed in this school. I give it a 3/2.5 star.

Overall I have been very pleased with Eagles Landing Middle School, and the staff, until 2015-16 school year.

The new Principal Mr. Thomas, and the Asst. Principal Reese are a JOKE.

They are more concerned with uniform ( down to the socks), then the students well being, & quality of education.

They are unable to address serious concerns, and try to talk around a situation in hopes that you forget.

Ohh, lets not forget Ms.Worthy one of the 8th grade teachers, whom calls the student names, and lies. ( Real Basket Case)

this is an ok school but the uniforms are butt and we should be able to wear whatever we want to
