Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center Wound Care

I'm not a big fan of doctors and an even lesser fan of hospitals! But my mind changed after the excellent care I received here! They literally saved my life! When I informed them about my fear of doctors and hospitals due to bad experiences as a child they respected that and were patient with me, they explained everything they were going to do BEFORE they did it so I knew what to expect! After every step they would pause and ask if I was ok, did I have any questions, did I need a minute to calm down before they continued, etc. The ABSOLUTE BEST care I've EVER received ANYWHERE!

I have been doing with a toe injury for two years. Through it all Brandi and her staff have been awesome They are professional and caring finally my toe is nearly completely healed. I am completely satisfied with all the care if received

I was there for preventive foot care. Sadly it will no longer be available for diabetic patients. The staff are excellent and caring and my feet have never looked so healthy. I do hope you will consider providing this service at this location again.
