Good as always, when my food was cold I asked employees nicely to warm my food. 5 stars for fixing my problems. Recommend this to people even if your food is cold make sure to ask them to fix your problems with your orders!

The food was hot and fresh and tasted great. The employees were fast, friendly and efficient. The cashier was very helpful. I couldn’t get the app to work on my phone and she figured it out for me! I didn’t think to catch her name but she was a very pretty young lady with a bright smile and quite a few piercings. I hope she sees this review because I’d like to say thank you for taking the time to help me out! She went above and beyond and I hope that management notices that she is a great employee!

Great service!! UPDATE...I STOPPED AGAIN AND WENT INSIDE.. THEY HAD FRESH FLOWERS ON THE TABLES ... AND THE SWEETEST LADY IN THE LOBBY CLEANING TABLES... WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!! MY CHICKEN BISCUIT WAS OFF THE CHAIN!!! I WILL BE BACK!!!

This is actually and truthfully the Best Tasting McDonald's that I have ever eaten at. While the menu, itself is still the same, the breakfast biscuits are from scratch and delicious! Their sweet is is perfect...not tinny tasting or tooo sweet, just perfect and I have never, ever have good sweet tea from any McDonald's until now...Amazing!!! The employees are personable and competent! I love this Micky D's !!!
10-21-22 The employees are still some of the most personable people, who are actually care whether your order is correct, but this morning, a male manager was so unprofessional! He was berating an employee, who was working at the first drive through window, as, this manager at the second drive through window, while a young lady is passing out my order to me... being loud and ugly in front of customers and the other employees. Instead of handing a concern discreetly and in privacy, he is loudly and aggressively disparaging this employee for all to hear. I was very underwhelmed with the behavior of the manager. Very disappointing!!! It is lucky for that store that their employees have more class and couth.

I got charged twice for my app order. Allie caught the mistake and let me know. She informed me of how to get my money refunded. Thank you Allie for your help! I appreciate you.😊

McDonald's needs more employees like her!!💫

This location was the only one open on Christmas in all of Rome and cedartown! So happy I was able to get my morning frappe! Employees were courteous and friendly. I thanked them for working on Christmas, so that people like me can still get what they want, even though it's a holiday.

Both drive thru ladies were great. I told her I wasn't from here and had a long ride home but I didn't want to be rude by Checking the bag for accuracy, so she checked it for me and she was so nice about it

Order was exactly like I ordered, staff was super cool, & the food was fresh! By far the best McDonald's of North Georgia

They need to get the blueberry creme pies back. Otherwise the food is standard McDonalds fare. Recently installed kiosks to order at which I dislike. I prefer to talk to people when I order. Drive thru is busy often so I go inside to order.

Best experience I've had in McDonald's in years the restaurant is immaculately clean friendly people that actually seem to know what to doing and care about what they're doing and the food wonderful if I eat McDonald's again it's worth the 30 minutes up there to get it I could go 30 minutes in the other direction and get to two McDonald's but I wouldn't eat at them ever again

One of the nicest McDonalds restaurant I've ever been to! The employees were so friendly and welcoming. It looks newly updated and the Safari themed play area for the kids was very clean and fun for the kids. Thank you for having us Cedartown, Georgia!

Best MD's I ha e been to since covid started! Believe it or not, all it takes is one fiery, little, older woman to police the only entrance, and boy, did she ever! Kudos to her and her coworkers for all wearing masks, it is much appreciated! Best McDonald's EVER!

The food was.good for what it is , the service was friendly, they along with all places are short staffed, and seemed like new people working.

last night i went this mcdonalds and this little fella i think his name was christopher got mad when he saw me enter before closing, i ordered a quarter pounder and he made it and i saw him spit in my burger but i took it either way. jokes on him, his spit tasted really good. COMING BACK FOR ANOTHER BURGER FROM HIM!!!!

Service here is okay.. would be better if the cashier greeted me .. instead of just sound like ur tired and over it... Smile it could be worse...
