This store has a great selection of vinyl and t shirt blanks. You can order online from their website, choose store pickup, and then stop in to pick up your order. If you're not in the area, you can have your order shipped too.

I love this place! It's so great having a vinyl supplier nearby. It's so much cheaper than buying from Walmart or hobby lobby or Joanne's the customer service is excellent.
