Accordia has been a true godsend from every staff that works with you from the time you check in until the time you check out are completely servicing healthcare need with compassion and expert clinical interventions. i could not ask or beg for a better medical provider in this town where it can be a challenge to find a good fit but this one completely fits the mold for me. I hope they will be here for even more years to come.

Accordia is awesome, My husband won’t see anyone but Ms.Susan. She is very thorough, caring.

The office staff is exceptional, kind, friendly and very helpful. Kara always takes the time to speak and explain everything to you completely.

Dr. Abou is great! I've been seeing her regularly for over a year now and every time I go she's happy to see me. She takes the time to talk to me like we've been friends for years and really cares about my health. The whole staff is friendly and easy to talk to as well! It's nice to have a Dr. who really cares!!!

Been going here for a few years now. We loved Dr.Still, stopped going after Dr. Faust got there we didn't like his type of care. Went back and met the new Dr., and have started to go here again they are a lot faster now. And give such great care again, she is such a great Dr. very friendly and knows her stuff. She helped us so much, we are so very happy that Accordia finally got a good Dr. again.

My husband and I have been going to Accordia since they opened years ago. We have always received excellent care. Sometimes the wait may seem long, but if you consider the fact that they do not rush through patients just to get to the next one, then it is worth it. Every Dr I've seen there, takes time to look over my chart and then discuss any concerns that I might have. Our newest doctor, Dr.Abou is not only kind and concerned, she is thorough in her approach to treatment. And as well, the office staff have always addressed any needs with professionalism. They have guidelines to follow also. I'm so thankful that we have Accordia Family Care as our primary providers.

I have been going to Accordia for a few years and have always had a pleasant experience. However, this time I went to the family practice and saw Dr. Abou and was very pleased. Her bedside manner is exceptional and professional as well as her thoroughness and attention to detail. She listened, explained, and took very good care of my circumstances. I will continue to see her in the future.

Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice is like coming home. Dr Abou and all the staff had been super friendly and helpful to me! I could easily talk with Dr Abou and she gave me all the time I needed. The staff are professional, personable and friendly( I even got recommendations on where to get my hair cut). I’m adding them to my “ bring cookies for Christmas list”.

Dr Abou is one of the most down to earth knowledgeable and perShe has a very caring and nurturing personality that makes you very comfortable. She takes her time with me and talks to me to better understand what I'm going through. she makes me feel as we are long time friends. She always goes above and beyond for me. She has been an excellent addition to the Accordia staff.

Dr Abou is a very smart and caring doctor. She is very good to her patient's. She is up to date the medical field so that she knows what to do for her patients to keep them in good shape. She has a family type personality which in all means she treats us all like her family. I highly recommend her to everyone who is in need of a good dr. Thank you Dr Abu.

Dr Abou Mediene and Lori are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I have been seeing Dr Abou for over a year and she is THE VERRRY BEST! I see her regularly and I could not ask for a Better, More Qualified Family Practice Doctor! She always takes the time to really listen and explain things; she is also phenomenal about working with me and my specific needs in order to give me the best treatment possible!
I'm a Retired RN and I've already considered myself highly intelligent in the medical field, so it takes alot to impress me; Dr Abou is THAT DOCTOR! I live out of State but no matter what, I have to always see her as my Regular Physician, bc I just want to keep her as my Doctor indefinitely, even though I live over 2500 miles away; I am from VIDALIA, I have family here, so I schedule my visits and travels so that I can see Dr Abou bc I'm not ready to find another Doctor in another state; she is just that AWESOME!!
Lori is Dr Abou's Assistant, I've never worked with her before, bc I believe she is new as in the last few months; HOWEVER, Lori is ROCKIN IT! She is very efficient, she doesn't rush me, and she listens VERRRY well! She took vital to signs the old school way, as in not taking your blood pressure until you've been at rest for at least 5 minutes, not as soon as you walk in the room, which give a false reading, sometimes it can even make you get diagnosed with hypertension when in fact, your B/P could be perfectly normal, your blood pressure just wasnt taken properly; not my situation, but I've seen that happen many many times, Not good! Lori is DEFINITELY not that Assistant!
If I were still working and hiring, I'd do my best to steal Dr Abou away for a Medical Director and I'd also steal Lori away ☺😅

I was so apprehensive about changing doctors when Dr. Foust left. Dr. Abu has made the transition so easy. All my meds have been refilled just as I have been taking, Dr. Abu simply took over right where Dr. Foust left off. No problems at all.

She is so caring and understanding. She and her staff work so hard to make sure everything is covered during your visit. She truly cares about her patients and makes me feel as if I am with "family" when I am there. She is truly the type of doctor you feel as if you can talk about anything with.

I understand that the clinic has had problems with wait times in the past, however we were in and out very quickly and hardly any wait. They are obviously working hard on improving the wait times. We are nothing but pleased and appreciate everyone at the Accordia Urgent Care & Family Practice.

I really hated when Dr Foust And his family left. Because i do not adapt well to changes with my doctors but I visited accordia on yesterday and it was a pleasant one. Dr . Abu really shows that she cares for her patients. It's a great facility with a friendly environment. The majority of my family are her patients and are doing great. Thanks to each of you for all that you all do for our community.

Dr. Abou is a real gem. She patiently listened to me and got to the root of the problem with a friendly approach that made me feel comfortable. I'm so glad I chose this Urgent Care, in fact I had to drive 30 minutes but it was well worth it for Dr Abou ! Nice staff as well.

She is not one for loading you up on meds, rather she wants to work with you to obtain a healthier lifestyle. She is the type of physician who really cares about her patients. If you are looking for a Great Doctor, go see Dr. Abou. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Foust brought me back to self after having a stroke with very personal care and attention. Was very skeptical about turning myself over to another Dr. After meeting with Dr. A-Bou I am very please with the attentive nature that she has. She took the time to talk to me about my situation. I told her she is filling very big shoes and doing a good job of doing it. My husband is also seeing her and is very happy with the care she is giving him also. I personally hope she stays around.

Dr. Abou is very friendly and caring. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to get to know them!! I’ll continue to see her. Her nurse, Lori, has a good personality and helps the patients
