Harbor Freight Tools

This store is always clean and well stocked. I always find exactly what I'm looking for and at a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

As usual, Harbor Freight Tools had what I was looking for and at lower prices than elsewhere. The staff was very helpful, as well.

Associates are always helpful and happy to be assisting you with any question you may have. We go here quite often when we need tools for working on our vehicles, to doing small projects around the house. The prices are certainly unbeatable. If they had all the building materials to go with the tools, they would be my only go to for getting the job done.

Very knowledgeable sales guy. Unfortunately, they didn't have what we needed in stock and we couldn't wait for the next truck day. But we will be coming back for future items.

Nice store. Friendly staff. They have most sale items in stock. This store is a separate brick and mortar store and not in a strip mall which makes it really nice to get in and out.

It's Harbor Freight!!! A person goes in to buy something but just has to browse to see what else they gotta have. I'm about H/F like D/T ~ always come out with more than i went in to get.

When to purchase 1/8 and 1/4 inch stamp set. Was greeted when I walked in, ask if I needed help while I was walking around looking. Checked out with a very nice polite cashier whom ask if I found everything. I politely said no you only had the 1/8 stamp set, cashier said they were unloading a truck and I should check back tomorrow. Overall happy with experience borderline asking if I need help. Please just greet me when you walk by and be around when I come looking for help...

Excellent prices, good selection, and quality that has definitely improved since the company started. Yes they still have the really cheap line of items but they also have some very well made items that is still less expensive than the big box stores sell the same quality level for.

Went here twice in last month, bought a corded chainsaw and circulating saw, helpful workers, quick checkout and good prices, oh and the saws work great.

I love this place and I shop there at least 4 to 8 times a month . Even if I'm not in need of a tool. They carry a little bit of it all. From daily work tools to weekend hobbies.

I purchased an engine lift and during assembly I ran into problems. The lift is very heavy and bulky, I was more than halfway through assembly and I live 30 miles from the store. I called Chris at the store and explained my problem (the support struts seemed to be 1/2" - 3/4" too short. He asked for pictures and measurements so he could compare against their floor model. They came up with a fix where the existing pieces could all be assembled. I appreciate their professionalism and support.

my experience at the Harbor Freight tool store in Vidalia Ga. was wonderful the staff was very helpful and nice the cashier that checked my wife and i out went beyond her job to help us i enjoy shopping somewhere i am appreciated i will shop for my needs in tools at this store and will tell my friends and family about my experience there,i dont know the young ladys name but she should be rewarded for not only doing her job but going beyond it thanks for happy shopping.

Our cashier was so very sweet and conversated with my little boys who was overly excited about buying his remote controlled truck with his own money.

Stick to their hand tools and you'll be happy. My Pittsburg ratchets haven't broke any easier than Snap-On's and they're 80% cheaper with the same warranty. If you're looking for good power tools, go to Home Depot and get Milwaukee.
