Regions Bank

I recently opened up a new account with Regions Bank. It is in a great location, and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of from the street. The man who helped me was incredibly nice and helpful. He showed me the app on his phone and helped me download it to mine, get signed in, set up my profile and secure my account with a good password and security questions. .Now it's so easy to open the app and check my balance. Also, I can deposit checks through the app. It's going to be so easy to deposit my checks. I received my debit card fairly quickly and had no problems activating it. Since then, I have been in a couple of times to make deposits, and everyone is so nice and helpful. One lady gave me the code to get into the restroom, and I was very happy not to have to wait until I got home. I haven't had to wait in any long lines or anything. Everyone is very nice and very professional. I plan on being at Regions for a very long time.

My mom just passed away and they’ve been nothing but help . Jennifer, Diego , Taylor the managers nothing but help. I truly appreciate them. And all theyve done. It really does take a village and I was struggling to figure things out and they just made it so much easier. I appreciate yall.

The customer service representative, Kelsey was truly amazing and made it easy to find and fix the issue on my card, She had the best high-spirited attitude!!

These wonderful people helped with a financial issue that could have been devastating. Everyone working on this issue went ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve the issue. MANY MANY MANY THANKS

So my first was good but now my experience now is not so good. Called for a balance inquiry and was told one second and now I've been on hold for eight minutes and counting... their seconds are long

ATM is defective. Took my money around November and took some time to dispute even though it’s all on camera and money should be counted.
Service is friendly but they try to get me to use ATM for deposits.

Today went to use ATM-deposit
1st try- spit my money back out( items not accepted)
2nd try- accepted some bills and spit some out. Pressed confirm either way... spits all money back out and card.
3rd try? No way. Took my money and ran.
That’s how it ate my money last time. Maybe it’s on purpose and it’s set up to steal people’s money if they don’t count it before deposit like I used to. Be careful.

Been carrying cash trying to deposit at this branch for 3 days now with no success. I drive a truck and won’t fit though drive in

Had a fee on every account, personal and business. I don't feel that it's right for banks to charge us as customers to hold our money for us, while they already collect interest off of the accounts they house. We have now found a bank with the same accounts that we had with Regions that does not charge for banking with them. This is a Regions corporate issue, the man that assisted me at the Regions in Calhoun was very nice and professional.

They are a disappointment, being a client of 10 years and always complying with my payments on my house. And they never support or help me with a loan that I request. And they are not professional with their work, they never comply with their work schedule.. If you are looking for a loan or something else, don't waste your time, look for another bank. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to. Dealt with the Calhoun office for 3 days getting the run around an being told something different everyday. Every employee in there needs to be trained cause clearly none of them know what they are doing. Went to the Chatsworth office an was there no time an they fixed the problem. So I will never step foot in the Calhoun office again ill only go to Chatsworth office where they know what they are doing.

This is the worst bank that I have ever banked with. They constantly do overdraft fees at random even if you have money in your account. I also tried to stop a check that I had in a mail and they wanted to charge me a fee! This bank is ridiculous with poor customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone.
