Really fabulous place that combines the best of two worlds: coffee shop + bar. An amazing dirty chai and croissant! Also it was dog friendly!! At least to to go orderers which is so helpful.

The only thing that could have given it more points would have been a mug and a plate instead of a single use cup and bag.

I think it’s like a “casual Heaven”… with good food. The drinks were comforting and customizable. The food was delicious, juicy, and fairly unforgettable. I’d go there every day if I could.

Great neighborhood eatery/candy store/art gallery/booze store/ice cream store/bakery. Constantly evolving to find its niche. Inside is very cool, awesome tin tile ceiling, solid aesthetics, subway tile behind the bar.

Food is solid, this is the $14 chicken salad sandwich with fries. Veggies look super fresh (I've seen local deliveries) and tasted great. Staff is very friendly. They always have a loyalty program tied to credit card/email, which rules. If you just come for outdoor dining, be sure to check the inside as well! Perfect neighborhood entity.

Last night, 1-23-19, I drove down to Baltimore from Burlington, New Jersey to visit a very good friend of mine that was in Baltimore, from Nashville, Tennessee, for training. We decided to grab dinner together and we almost chose Butt’s and Betty’s Tavern until I mentioned passing Charmed Kitchen while trying to find parking. We decided to give Charmed a chance and we were truly shocked at the warm atmosphere, the scrumptious food, and the friendliness of the staff. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. The manager was kind, friendly, and went over the menu with us describing each dish in very flattering details that made every dish sound appealing. I ordered the Cream of Crab Soup, Caesar Salad, and the Garlic Shrimp from the small plates page of the menu. Our waitress brought out bread while I waited for my soup and salad. The bread was homemade and the most flavorful bread I have ever had! It was so good that I probably could have ate it solely as my meal. The Caesar Salad came out next and was not to disappoint! The dressing was made in house as well! Shortly after receiving the salad the Cream of Crab Soup came out and OMG! It was sooooo good! Perfect amount of seasoning and crab flavor. I would have loved for a bigger portion of the soup though. Just a cup wasn’t enough! The Garlic Shrimp came out as my main entree and was good as well. The chef greeted us after our meal and shortly spoke with us about Charmed Kitchen. The overall experience was absolutely perfect. Light but fulfilling meal of the most flavorful dishes I’ve probably ever had. Extremely friendly staff that made the atmosphere warm and pleasant, you could say that it was a charming atmosphere! Also, the pricing was reasonable too. I may live two hours away, but I will be back to Baltimore again just to eat here! Thank you for the wonderful meal and experience.

Dog friendly spot walking distance from the park. Had a great breakfast sand on bagel with iced coffee. Outdoor seating and staff were very pleasant.

We sat at a sidewalk table on a perfect weather night. If you’re an Italian sandwich fan like me, I highly recommend “Da Butch.” It’s massive and delicious. You could share it easily for a solid lunch. The chips are also those thick homemade kinda dudes. My husband had the Hawaiian bbq burger. Dang. I didn’t expect this place to whip up such a delicious burger. The fries? Top notch. This place is the definition of “neighborhood gem.” We can’t wait to come back to try more.

The whole place smelled so yummy! It was clean and nice and the man working was very kind! I ordered the beignets with the Nutella. They were quite delicious!

Very good maryland crab soup here. Calamari was seasoned to perfection.

Enjoyed my time here! Quick, reasonable prices, and an upscale casual atmosphere. We tried the quiche, croissant (regular and chocolate), and a puff. All were very good.

They also have oat milk for coffee which is a first time for me. We’ll be back!

Great coffee drinks, both speciality and when you need just a regular cup. Delicious pastries. Breakfast sandwiches are freshly made. Busy during weekend mornings.

We finally got in here over the past weekend. The lady behind the counter was friendly and greeted us with a smile.

We found a table with a giant window next to it and admired floors while we waited briefly for our drinks. My chocolate croissant was buttery, flakey, and had a lovely amount of bittersweet chocolate inside. My husband's breakfast sandwich was hot, fluffy, and flavorful with eggs and cheese. Our Chia lattes were up quickly and came out sweet and hot.

Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Their Beignets were so light and fluffy and mouth watering. I truly enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich. And my two guests enjoy their food as well and they make great mocktails

Great little restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. Everything is freshly made and it shows - it's all a step above other places in the area. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. Can't wait for the outdoor seating to be added as well.

Attended a tequila / mezcal and food pairing which was absolutely delicious! The staff, food, and drinks were fantastic. I have also ate breakfast here which was also great. This is a great little gem in Butchers Hill.
