If you have any concerns about dealerships ripping you off, I can safely say that the crew here are top notch. Joshua Butts made sure I understood every part of the process clearly the entire way. He was honest and open to all my questions. He was very patient with me and I never felt pressured to buy. Joshua made the whole process a breeze and he was very good with working around my calendar and work schedule. I’m going to be a lifetime customer now. If Josh leaves, I’ll definitely have to hit him up if he moves dealerships. He’s really that good! Take my word and go ahead and give him a call if you need a good deal on a vehicle!

I had such a great experience here. John Bradley is the man to go to when buying a car. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. Duane the manager was beyond helpful as well. Bill the financial guy was so welcoming and i really enjoyed finishing the process with him. These guys are top notch and this dealership CARES. Will be back to buy my cars here from now on

If you're in the market for a VW Atlas, Springfield VW is the place to go! The sales team greeted me like I was a long-lost cousin, and within minutes, I was test-driving an Atlas with all the bells and whistles. They even laughed at my jokes, which is impressive considering my humor is more "dad joke" than stand-up. The finance guy worked magic to get me a deal so good, I had to check if I was being pranked. Now, I'm cruising around in my new Atlas, feeling like the king of the road with enough space to host a small party. Kudos to Springfield VW for making car buying a joyride!

Absolutely the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. From my first visit Josh was friendly and informative. They didn’t have the color I wanted but they found it and brought it to their lot. That’s not something dealerships like to do! No sitting and waiting for hours for the financial department. I was able to do everything over the phone! (At work 😂) My time is valuable and they get that!! They let me know when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Josh took up the next level and help me set up 🔑, driving assist functions along with setting the best bass for my Christian rap!! Then to offer a car wash in a couple of weeks if I’d like!! Now that’s service folks!!

We were treated with care and respect. I never felt pressured, we actually had another appointment to see a vehicle at a dealer on Campbell ( won't give name) Volkswagen dealership was great about it after spending so much time showing us different vehicles. We walked off the other lot and returned to Volkswagen and I couldn't be happier. Love my Atlas, Love the way my family was taken care of, my triplets were given snacks, drinks and watched TV while we did paperwork. Happy buyer

We loved our experience with Josh and Bill (finance) at napleton! We went “just looking” in the pouring rain, no lunch for us parents and no nap for our toddler. Porsche Cayenne notified me of a oil change due in 'X' number of days. Seems it runs on a calendar not the number of miles. Made an appointment, arrived on time, and was well taken care of. I have tried to order a Covercraft dashboard cover to keep the sun off and when ordering they needed a 'model number' more than just the type 'Cayenne'. Never heard of such a thing and could not find anything on documents provided when I bought the car. VIN does not differentiate either. Mike Moss, at Napleton, went on-line and found a number. Ordered the dashboard cover, but that model number was not what they wanted. Porsche maintenance treated me very well indeed. Washed the outside and vacuumed the inside. Still a little confused, thinking the 'included maintenance' was for 10,000 miles, NOT 10,000 kilometers - that's a big difference. Gonna have to recheck my sales agreement as it means I only get 1 free service instead of 2. Mike Moss is a well-informed, professional salesman and went out of his to explain the operation of the Cayenne. And it is a fabulous car ... sorry, a PORSCHE!
