Everyone that I encountered in the building was nice and helpful. Especially the lady in the Cashier’s office for traffic tickets.

It can be very confusing, hard to know which door goes to what, spent a lot of time going from building to building. Don't get me started on the parking.

They’re alright. I’ve been to different court houses where customer service was worse

Really the people in the filling office are so incompetent. This is the second time that I was there and explained why I came in to file, twice they gave me the wrong forms to fill out. In the court room, the judge was angry with me, I guess he wasn't understanding my grivicey because it doesn't match the paper work. Why would the judge be short with me instead. Unbelievable!

Why have a person scheduled for a hearing at a specific time and a judge doesn't take the bench til 30 plus mine after? If my report time is 10am why are we not being seen at 10a but instead whenever the judge decides to take seating and in this situation it was 1040a. How is someone held accountable

The older women that work in the clerks office on the 2nd floor up the stairs to the left are extremely rude and should be fired. I visited recently and they were eating at the desk , didn’t greet me and I stood there for Atleast 3 mins before one of them looked up and motioned her hand for me to come to the window. Extremely rude and misinformed. Small lightskin ladt usually sits at the first window when you walk in

The district circuit court clerks and DV clerks are VERY incompetent. They lost my forms, took 3 weeks to mail 2 out of 3 of my forms to Upper Marlboro after saying they would do it within a week and had the audacity to get an attitude with me. This whole thing has been such a turn off from PG county as a whole. I’ve dealt with courts in MoCo and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. A mess.

If you're not the first person there that day..... you're not getting anything done. And some of the commissioners there won't read your written testimony that they ask you to write....and they'll make some wild guesses at what you want. It's pretty frustrating. The best commissioner there is Commissioner Grant.

It seems the bailiffs are real chummy in court to Jan 6 insurrectionists. They laughed it up and let 1776ers wear fake hillbilly teeth In Court. What is going on in your courts?
