If you are walking around town and strole in or got an important day, it is a great place to eat. The food is fantastic, especially the fish dishes. The service is excellent, very quick, polite, and personable. It is a bit more expensive than your average place, around 60-90$ per person without drinks. It can also get pretty busy, but it is definitely worth every penny. The bar is super cool, and most tables overlook the inner harbor, very pretty during sunsets. Wholeheartedly recommend!

We’re from NY and decided to do a weekend trip to MD. We couldn’t believe how delicious the food was!!!! This was the best crab cake I ever had! I also ordered the Whole Crispy fish and it was big! It was crispy but tender, juicy and seasoned nice. We also ordered the ribeye with a crab cake on top.Amazing! Our server Michael was beyond attentive and helpful. The view and ambience was beautiful, intimate, and romantic if your with your partner. I give this place 10/10. Make sure you ask for Michael if you go.

We went to see Andrea Bocelli in concert and the hotel recommended we dine at the Rusy Scupper. Great suggestion!!
I enjoyed the best scallops I've ever had, and honestly, I could have licked the plate :-) My wife had the crab cakes, and they were also the best we've had. We're foodies, and it's not easy to one up the other places we've been, but the Rusty Scupper was spot on.
Great drinks, great view, and Kamari (I hope I got that right) was a delightful waiter and took great care of us.
We will be back, and thanks for making a special day even more special!!

The food, drinks and view were excellent. It was for a birthday dinner and we got the crab dip, whole crispy fish and crab cakes. Everything was fresh and nicely seasoned. Good balance of breading in the lump crab cakes and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Not to mention, the tomato aioli spread for the warm crusty bread was so tasty. It was a great night and experience. Must go back and the next time I’ll get the warm butter cake!!

Had the pleasure of being served by Michael for dinner. All the food was phenomenal (especially the octopus appetizer—best I'd ever had!) And it was all thanks to the outstanding recommendations that Michael gave us. He was hilarious but also extremely attentive to our needs and made sure we all had a great time. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the inner harbor!

I have nothing negative at all to say about our food/experience at the Rusty Scupper at the Baltimore Harbor. The food was wonderful. The steak was perfectly cooked, smooth, juicy, full of flavor with the prefect amount of char. The scallops were buttery and tender and not overcooked at all. My husband said the crab cake was the best he has ever had. It wasn't covered with the typical Old Bay. It was perfectly seasoned with crab meat instead of breading being the main ingredient. The mashed potatoes were the best restaurant mashed potatoes I have ever had. They were creamy without being mushy, full of flavor. Our server, Amanda, was outstanding. Cheerful, friendly, helpful, and exhibited the perfect amount of attention without being hovery or absent. It was a perfect beginning to our weekend. Thank you Rusty Scubber!

This place is a fancy restaurant and is suitable for family dinner or party. The wine and a wide variety of it and children-friendly drinks as well I love it. The food was amazing can't complain about it. I recommend this if you have a wife or girlfriend or even just by yourself to have dinner. It is great and has a wonderful view to look at.

First time in a very long time. Food was excellent and very nice presentation. Service was excellent. Ambiance doesn't get any better with the view of the harbor.

The restaurant is a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. The service, view, and food were all very good. Our server Julie was very helpful and attentive throughout the meal. She explained different items in the item to us and took our orders very diligently. We ordered the small cold tower, the daily oysters, and a fillet mignon. The oysters were very fresh and tasted amazing. The cold tower had a variety of different seafood including crab, shrimp, and lobster tail which all were cooked wonderfully. The fillet mignon was delicious with the meat cooked perfectly. The view of the Inner Harbor from the restaurant is also very good, I would recommend coming here if you visit the area.

This is the best brunch I’ve ever had. A huge selection of food, including an omelette station, live jazz, and beautiful views of the marina in a lovely restaurant with extra attentive staff made this place an overall joy to experience.

Nine people in our group reservation. Our service was great attentive and cheerful. Table long enough to fit adults comfortably 😄 we had a blast 😁
So this time I went with family and children. They made the omelette that was for children's size. I was celebrating my birthday with my children and grandchildren. They even gave me a birthday song and cupcake!

I came here after a visit to the Aquarium at the Baltimore Harbor for dinner. I have seen this place across the water for years and have always been curious about it. Gregory was my server and he did an amazing job. I ordered a half dozen oysters which were really good. You can tell how fresh they are. For my main course I ordered blackened rockfish which came Chesapeake style with crab meat on top, mixed seasonal vegetables, and asparagus. The fish was nice and flaky. It tasted buttery and had a nice spice to it. The mixed vegetables and asparagus were also buttery and cooked perfectly. This place is definitely pricey and not an everyday kind of spot but if you have a special occasion I highly recommend coming here!

My husband and I love to stop by this restaurant on our way back from Virginia to NY. Amazing atmosphere, great service, and really good food!

Ordered on v-day, and they had a limited menu. I've been here twice before and the food is always good. Tonight, we ordered salmon with the 5oz crab cake. The herb beurre blanc sauce leaves something to be desired though...

This place is worth any kind of wait imaginable. I feel bad I don’t remember our servers name but he went above and beyond in service. His suggestions were top tier only matched by the food and amazing food. You have to get the octopus here. My favorite drink was the espresso martini and lemon drop. I can’t wait to come here again and enjoy the beautiful views, amazing service, and delicious food!!

The food is amazing, the deserts are great! I recommend the butter cake (served warm) and the red velvet cake. The crab dip is also very filling and delicious.

Date night! Beautiful restaurant on the water. The food was cooked to perfection. It was delicious. We arrived 30 mins before our reservation and was seated right away. Loved our time in this space.

In Baltimore on business from ATL. Hands down the best food I’ve had since we’ve been here. 2 of us had the Chilean sea bass and one had the scallops. Sorry no pic of the beet salad. It was equally delicious!! MUST Try!!!

I thought it was going to be a cheesy tourist trap because of the name but I was wrong! I felt like I was eating on a beautiful wooden boat, Andrew our server was lovely, friendly and informative, the drinks were strong and the entrees were flavorful & large. It’s been a while since I spent $200 on dinner and felt it was worth it.

This place is easy to find with its own parking deck. I will say it’s kind of a scam you have to pay $8 to park in THEIR PARKING GARAGE. The food was amazing and the staff was great. Make sure to try the lump crab soup. Absolutely amazing!
