Location is clean, organized, and always have what you want even if it's not what you need. Pick-ups from online orders is usually smoothly run and problem free. Workers are usually helpful and fast.

I forgot the young lady name maybe Stephanie not sure but she went above and some more to help me, after we found the shoes I wanted and could fit, we had to order them, we found out they had none in stocks, she called around and found the shoes in Towson and White Marsh, I went to Towson to pick up the shoes she had the shoes put on hold. The people in Canton are very nice, pleasant store to shoe, they take the time , and give you the time you need. Thanks Canton DSW, I wish I know her name she could train some workers for you

Sarah was very helpful today. She noticed I was looking for a shoe in a certain color and politely told me that she could order it for me and have it shipped for free. I ended up going with a different color, but I was very impressed that she recognized my concern and stepped up to help. Give her a promotion! :)

This location is always clean..an extremely easy to find items. The staff is always friendly especially Ms.yvette . She saved me from having to return. My crazy self was gonna go home with two left shoes lol but Ms. Yvette checked ✔an saw I had to left shoes. Thank you a life saver.

After being out of the area for 4 years, I can say that this DSW was hands down superior to the one we have in Indiana. I lost count of how many shoes I purchased here. All good brands at great prices. Our local one has junk and bad selection. Whomever decides what stores get, clearly favors those in Cities.

They had a size 8 for 80% off and a size 9 of the same shoe for 50% off. The manager Ellie took care of it with no issue. Gave me my size 9 for 80% off... a $99 shoe for $21.19. God is good but Ellie is great.

This was my first time there and i found some shoes eventually but it took some looking around it's a nice store and you can find shoes but it's probably better to order on line and pick up in store if they offer that type of service.

Selection, store order, and staff are the best DSW ever. This should be the corporate role model. It's actually enjoyable to browse and buy shoes here. Again staff rock.

Cheap but good quality shoes like brand name with incredible savings for joining their loyalty program which is free. The workers will guide you but you are on your own to find your size and try on.

I got my very first pair of ugg boots here the mark down was a great price and they have an excellent selection which for my size is very hard at any other store and the cashier I spoke with tonight was very friendly and helpful.😍

Good prices on designer shoes but should do better on what they put on the clearance rack some of it is trash. Great sales, coupons, and special deals.
