Updated space for purchase of chargers and other small electronic… Affordable produce, vegetables, drinks, fast check out. Security at the door and large parking space.

Prices are too high on everything and some of the workers block the lane and dont say excuse me or dont understand the english not enough black people working in their own community

Save-A-Lot is an essential part of this local community. Without them selling their products of the price point they do, most of the people who shop there wouldn't be able to afford the groceries to buy. Fantastic staff as well

Clean, neat, simple arrangement. Best part of all - affordable prices. I especially liked the deals given with the marked down items - it makes sense to lower the price of items that need to be "sold by" a certain date.
I did notice a security guard, which tells me either something happened/may happen, safety-wise....but because of him it did make me feel more safe. Cashier could have been nicer, but I suppose she was just having a bad day.
Overall, great first experience - I'll be back!

I had a lovely experience stay by respectful and polite is clean and Air and yes you have to wear a mask which I love because this virus is not gone at all so you still have to be protected whether you got the shots or not thank you have a blessed day and please keep being safe that's the only way to go

We live in Mt. Vernon and we make the walk to Save A Lot almost every other day. They have the best price for the coffee that we drink, canned goods, onions, potatoes, and kale / collards. We also buy our meat in bulk here and they have regular discounts that are hard to beat anywhere in the neighborhood. There is also plenty of parking.

Fore-mostly, during this epidemic, their staff has been excellent at following Covid-19 guidelines and have remained positive and pleasant throughout these strange times. Highly recommended!

Best security boys and check out mami's fo sho. Hard workin people. Produce is iffy and the candy aisle is wanting but whose fault is that? Not the neighborhood people that work there they out here working hard

Lived in Baltimore for 5 years and somehow kept missing this place. The savings are awesome and the food is good quality. Staff is polite and they have low cost but efficient anti-theft measures including for the carts. I'm making this my main grocer not just for the prices but for ease of convenience

Clean, organized store, awesome security and awesome cashiers. The meat department was missing some of my Thanksgiving pork products but that's ok I found a substitute. Always a pleasure to shop at Save-A-Lot. Oh need a few more cashiers lines get long fast.

I like this market great for basic staples and good staffers on duty. Orderly and clean place, good parking and great layout of the shopping center. Food, Dry Cleaners, Laundromat, Donut Shop, Auto Parts Store, near a gas station, and Interstate 83 north and south.

Love shopping at Maryland Ave location, very clean, nice employees, always in stock, love the prices... I've been to almost every save a lot location and I travel all the way from where I live to only go there. I even stopped shopping at Price rite to come there. Only thing that's needed in there is "clean" public restroom.

Gud Mornin, As soon as I came into the store the cashier lady said gud mornin, and she gave me a grocery basket, Tht's really gud customer service, she was all smiles 😊some people don't be like tht in the morning but she was, very helpful and everything, wen I was about to leave she told me to have a nice Day, Keep up the Gud work👏🙏😇

I have never had a bad experience at Save-A-Lot and their employees were very fast with the registers and they try very hard to get you out and they have always been respectful to me and well-mannered the employees are also helpful:) there was a time where I was having a really hard time August 3rd 2012 my newborn daughter had passed away due to the negligence of the OBGYN and the doctors and nurses on staff that night the ones that were in my room and important part of the story is that a winning to Save-A-Lot to grab a few things and I was looking at candles to light a candle for my daughter and I have forgotten it took my other things out to the car went back in to grab the candle and I was crying and I went into the aisle and grab the most beautiful candle with the most beautiful saying on it and I went to the cashier to pay for it and the cashier asked me I'm sorry man I don't mean to be getting in your business but if I may ask why are you crying and what is the candle for did you lose a loved one and I said yeah to the gentleman and he bought the candle for me and I have something else along with the candle and he just let me go and he was very respectful and very sweet and we need more employees like him so Save-A-Lot is a good place to shop they have respectful employees they work as hard and as fast as they can! You always see someone stocking the shelves and sweeping and mopping the floors and I hand it to him I give them 5 stars thank you for reading my opinion about Save-A-Lot I knew my story about my daughter was kind of irrelevant but it was also part of the point of how I was treated there and how I've always been treated there I don't always get things from the cashiers but you get what I'm saying LOL thank you and I hope my opinion helps:) Sry itz sooo long but I like to talk about the way their employees treat to customer how clean a restaurant or the grocery store is or whatever type of store it is:) I'm sorry about how long it is but I give my honest opinion about the employees,how your treated,if the place is clean etc:) Have a great day! Minus the great customer service that thus place could give, especially for the neighborhood it rest in, this place is a good grocery store to shop. Prices are decent and affordable, and the amount of food product is almost limitless. You can find what you need. It's best to come early to get what you're looking for.

You can get affordable grocery here. The other big Supermarket prices are way to high. if you are budgeting your money this Is a good place to go.
