Marlon is outstanding! This location has different menu items, like crab fried rice and fried zucchini. Location is perfect.

Husband had planned to take me one place for my birthday dinner and we ended up here instead. One of the greatest changes made. Everything was great. The steak was so juicy and tender. We both got the three course meal. And next time I will definitely choose either a medallion or filet mignon. The cheesecake was a perfect size for me. I always feel it’s too much for such a rich dessert but this was great. We will have to budget for the next time we go. But definitely will be back. Happy 40th to me.

This is our go-to for special occasions. We are never disappointed. This visit was for my mom’s birthday and she said it was the best steak she’s ever had.

We celebrated a birthday there! The food, ambience, and service was amazing! We had ribeye steak, lamb chops, petite steaks! Along with Brussel sprouts, sweet potato casserole, and crab fried rice! For dessert we had a complimentary cheesecake as well! Let’s talk about the drinks though….5-Stars! Amaretto Sour and the Pear Lemon Drops!

Daniel our main server and Daniela our attendant were very kind, knowledgeable about the menu and all things acting. I was pleasantly surprised by Daniel's comprehension of audiobooks and voice actors. He provided a balance of just enough customer engagement and privacy. I have not been to Ruth Chris in a while, so I enjoyed visiting again.

One of the best steaks in Baltimore. And it comes out still cooking on a plate of melted butter - delish. Sides are family style - the mashed potatoes are decadent - service is top notch.

No question... everything came together to make our dining experience/small Christmas gathering an amazing time. Each person in our party of 5 enjoyed their meal and drink. We recommend the Pineapple martini! The service and atmosphere were equally magnificent.

This was my first visit to Ruth's Chris at the inner harbor. We were greeted by the very friendly hostess and were treated very well by each team member we met. On the way out, the hostess was kind enough to allow a brief tour of their wine room. Thank you for the exceptional experience.

My daughter and her husband took me for my birthday. The food, drinks and service were outstanding. It's on the expensive side, but, you get what you pay for and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing how the other half lives for a special occasion.

My husband and I celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary at the Harbor East location of Ruth's Chris. As a note, we have a little bit of a tradition visiting Ruth's Chris for anniversary celebrations. We've enjoyed our experience at all locations, but the Baltimore location was incredible.

I cannot overstate how wonderful the experience was or how special the team made us feel during one of the busiest times for dinner. Our server, Michael, was personable and continued to check in on us as we awaited our meal. He was friendly and funny. He offered to take pictures of us at the end of our meal to commemorate the occasion.

When our food arrived, the steak was perfect. We ordered the Porterhouse Steak for two, and the team made sure to check that it was cooked to our liking.

Near the end of our meal, the General Manager, Eduardo Suarez, stopped by to check in and chat with us. He was very knowledgeable about Ruth's Chris history and steak and was very friendly. He discussed that hospitality was a major focus of his location, which was very clear while dining there.

We look forward to returning to the amazing location for future anniversary celebrations. We cannot thank the entire team enough from the front to the back of the house. Thank you!

If you have something special to celebrate and enjoy a good steak and great people, we could NOT recommend Harbor East Ruth's Chris enough. 10/10

The food was delicious. It was definitely one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Wonderful service too. I just wish it wasn’t so over priced, but you’re paying for the name, quality and consistency. Very good and a great way to celebrate a nice occasion.

Absolutely fantastic! We celebrated our anniversary and they took extraordinary care of us, going the extra mile at every step. The food was amazing as usual, but the service was spectacular. Travis was wonderful.

After we were refused service at Mccormick and Shmits we went to Ruth Chris where we were promptly seated and Micheal our awesome waiter served us a fine meal. The seafood tower and lobster mac and cheese where outstanding.

My wife and I have visited here the past 2 years for our anniversary. The service is awesome the food is even better. The only thing is the last time we went there the server was a little slow but I don't think he was trying to be. I think he was trying to give us some space being it was our anniversary. They were awesome. I will be going back again for our anniversary next year as well.

First time at Ruth's Chris and I was not disappointed at all! Everything was as stated and food was amazing, zero complaints. Steak was so sizzling hot and good I didn't even catch a pic of it lol

Decided to try one of the first steak houses that came up on google. This place didn't disappoint! The NY Strip was great! And the Fire Roasted Corn was amazing. I would definitely eat here again.

We celebrated our sister's 40th bday in one of the private dining rooms. The service and food were excellent.

Tom, our server, was exceptional. The steaks were great. I ordered the petite rib eye, and my friend ordered the 8 Oz fillet! Loved the au gratin potatoes. We also ordered the Brussel sprouts with bacon. The Brussel sprouts were not favorful. I took the brussel sprouts leftovers home, added honey and teriyaki sauce to a skillet, and sauted. It considerably enhanced the taste! Otherwise, the meal and service were top notched!

I’m a long time client of the Ruth Chris franchise…I like to find one in each state that I visit. But Pier 5 Harbor Baltimore are my family either way home or away I’m always satisfied….

We went there for our wedding anniversary dinner. The food was amazing. Loved the steak 😋.
