TGI Fridays

I have to shout out Carmen one of the managers at this location. Excellent customer service is rare nowadays and after a long frustrating night, Carmen’s high level of customer service made the rest of my night well. I shared with her that I called Fridays to place a drive up/pick up order while leaving work so it could be ready by the time I arrived. I was transferred about 8 times, each time the phone rang it immediately hung up. I wanted to place a quick order, and for this particular order I was told I needed to be transferred to the restaurant. To make a long story short, tired and frustrated I went into the restaurant and asked for a manager. When Carmen came out, she greeted me with a pleasant smile, apologized for the inconvenience and placed my order personally, she also volunteered to bring my food to my car. What impressed me the most was how polite and pleasant she remained even though I was frustrated. I have no choice, but to shout her out! People are quick to complain, but slow to give praise. Thank you again Carmen, your kind attitude changed mine.

Great food and Drinks. Amanda is one of the best bartenders you can have. The manager Richard very funny and looks out for his guests needs.

The food was great although my salmon was super small. The waitress did a great job yesterday although she was the only one handling many tables. We always have a good experience with good food at Friday’s. We will definitely return. It’s funny because we went just because Friday’s has always been good for us in the past but it ended up being a romantic lunch. The waitress/host sat us away from Everyone and the mood was wonderful because of the lighting. I also like how clean it was. The music was also nice because they played a bit of neo-soul which was different from our previous experiences at Friday’s. All in all, perfect place to go for lunch if in town. Clean, good service, good music and great vibes.

I would have given given the restaurant 5 stars. The corn was a little under cooked.
Ribs and the fried shrimp, and the bread was great. Waiter was on time with the service.

It was a great visit, everything was satisfactory but I wanted to share the dessert my daughter and I shared... it was excellent! It's an oreo cookie sandwich!

It was a Friday evening around 9pm not many people were there, I guess a decent place to sit at the bar for date night, it was ok

We came here for my Son Birthday, I didn't like that couldn't sing happy birthday but we had enough family to sing. The service was nice. Thank you

We loved the food and the drinks. The only thing that threw me off was the wait time. Also, something fun that I have never seen before is that all the waitress and waiters were using Crocs instead of shoes 👞

By far one of three best fridays ive been to in Maryland. The service from tiffany was amazing she was attentive, & friendly. Tie food wad amazing everything came out hot and in a timely manner! Will definitely be visiting this location again!

Chicken Shrimp Alfredo is delicious add extra sauce.

I used to come to this Friday’s when I was younger, but I haven’t visited in awhile. Amanda made my experience amazing and made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be coming back!

My family and I ate at this TGIF restaurant this evening and received an excellent service. The staffs and most especially the manager on duty was professional and excellent.

Went out to this Friday's last Friday for lunch with some friends and had a very nice time. Our orders and service were on point. Our waitress Isis made our experience very pleasant and our hostess Laura was also awesome. I will definitely be returning to this location again soon. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

I honestly stopped eating at Fridays years ago. To commercial. However, I met a friend for an inexpensive late lunch and I don't regret it. My salmon cobb salad was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent also.

Food was good but the shrimp for one of the meals didn't taste good or look good and our bartender, Stepheni helped with getting the dish perfected. And her drinks were mixed to perfection 👏🏾👌🏾. Try her signature Long Island when you go.
