The blueberry pancakes were amazing! I didn’t even need to use syrup because the blueberries were so sweet. I get breakfast here every time I visit Baltimore because the food is consistently amazing.

I was in Baltimore last week and went here for breakfast. It was good enough to go back a second day. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere -- it was cozy on a chilly morning. The server was in a great mood and joking, which is a nice change from somber service I've received elsewhere.

I had the breakfast burrito with chorizo but sans the sour cream. It hit the spot -- more than enough food and delicious. My friend ordered "the beast". His report was initially that it lacked flavor (the gravy looked like it should have been packed with delicious fatty flavor) but he added a bit of pepper and Cholula and enjoyed it. Yes... "the beast" is also more than enough food!

I also had a nice Earl Grey tea with honey and some cream. I really like tea, honey and cream as a comfort food, so any restaurant that has a nice tea service gets a nod for it. The had a London Fog variant on my basics that added vanilla which I might try out next time.

There are a lot of vegetarian offerings and plenty for those of us who also eat meat.

My friend and I had a great experience here !! There was a small wait but we took that as a good sign for a restaurant during the day!!

Our table was ready in 20 min, we were attended to very quickly, the drinks came quick too!! I had a pineapple mimosa and she had a regular one, both were scrumptious !

I got the yoga parfait and potatoes, she got one of the sandwich’s and potatoes, everything was so good!!!

We’d 100% come back here

Flew up from Florida and decided on an early breakfast here at Spoons and was certainly not let down at all. With a chorizo burrito and Mr Bs bowl 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. My lady got the burrito and spoke so highly of it over quality, flavor and quantity. The bowl I got was so phenomenal. The only personal thing I wasn't a fan of was the large cut onions in the potatoes, personal preference nothing negative on the kitchen.

I heavily recommend this place for a meal you won't be disappointed!!

My fiancé and I came here after staying in the inner harbor for work. We love a good breakfast and Spoons was highly recommended from a friend. I am gluten free and they didn’t have a marked menu, I got a side of 2 eggs with their breakfast potatoes! The potatoes were super good the eggs were broken which I prefer them a little runny but it’s ok. My fiancé got coffee and a biscuit breakfast sandwich which he said the biscuit was really good and the meal overall was good! The vibes were very homey and cozy. We are glad we tried it here!

My group and I had a great time here today. We came in for lunch and, it's true, you really should make reservations. At noon on a Sunday the wait was about 45 minutes to seat four people. When it was our turn to be seated, the wait staff was very friendly and made jokes with us from the start. I imagine and hope that all the staff here were as friendly. I hate that I didn't catch her name!

The coffee we had was fabulous, both in presentation and in taste. We tried the egg nog coffee, the marshmallow coffee, and their regular black drip, all great. Yes, the marshmallow coffee actually comes with a toasted marshmallow!

The food was fantastic too. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and the food came out quickly and hot. I love that they have great sweet and savory options for brunch.

The only odd thing was that there is a little bit of a rush here to turn the tables to new customers. I totally understand it though. With a great restaurant like this in such high demand and with such little seating, you need to keep the hungry people flowing so everyone can have a chance to enjoy it.

This place is amazing. We’re just visiting and I chose this place and it did not disappoint. My husband said the Beast “hit the spot” which is a huge thing for him to say. The white chocolate peppermint mocha was delicious. Thanks for the amazing food to the guys / gals cooking it!

OMG!!! Errrrrrthing here is soooo good!! They have breakfast and brunch PERFECTED!! I’ve been here twice and could not get enough each time. I don’t even know where to start! The fried oysters & grits were magnificent! The cinnamon roll pancakes are to die for!!! It’s a small venue with BIG TASTE and you must have reservations because everyone wants some of Spoons, but I tell you no matter how far out the reservation it’s always worth the wait!! You will not be disappointed, everything we tasted was so good. Not sure who the cooks are but they got each dish right!!

The place is small but not as small as blue moon 1. We ordered coffee, 2-2-2 with french toast and turkey sausage, the chicken fry, pancakes, and grits.
There was no flavored creamer but they do have the liquid flavors.
The food as was DELICIOUS! Grits with cheese was made to perfection! My man said the pancake and chicken fry was top tier. My 2-2-2 was gone! I cleared my plate. We went on Monday and currently making reservations for Saturday.

Food was great! Service was phenomenal, we came before 10am on a Sunday and got our food and drinks in less than 15 minutes. The maple (something) syrup we had in the lattes was delicious, thanks to the recommendation from our server. The rock bison was a bit dry but the eggs Benedict were a hit.

Last Saturday I had the opportunity to experience Spoons in Federal Hill area. I was greeted with smiling faces and escorted to the upstairs area of the restaurant. The atmosphere and area reminded me of a cafe. We got pitcher of pineapple sunrise YUMMY and my stuffed French toast was delicious. We also had the cinnamon roll pancake and egg Benedict (eggs was fried) my sister does not like the runny yolk. This restaurant I will return back too. I really enjoyed myself

100 out of 100!!! A very intimate setting with limited indoor seating. A very busy location as when heading out, wait time was 75 minutes.

Ordered the Pineapple Sunrise Mimosa, Breakfast Potatoes, Creamy cheese grits and the Rock Bison.

All food ordered was well seasoned, well cooked and delicious.

The Rock Bison was my favorite, as I didn’t expect it to taste as good as it did. The Jalapeño pimento cheese was the unexpected addition that sent the sandwich over the edge. Biscuit was fluffy, chicken was well seasoned and had a beautiful crunch to it.

Overall recommend coming here and when you do, come earlier.

Only negative is there is 1 bathroom for everyone in back of restaurant. All though it was clean, a line can start to form if many people need to go.

Honestly it has some of the best food I’ve ever had. Great brunch spot. It is cozy and small. Sometimes the wait is long (especially on weekends) but it is worth it.

I cannot say enough great things about Spoons! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making for a perfect dining experience. I highly recommend trying the Hot Hen Sriracha Biscuit Sandwich with Eggs and the Vanilla Lavender Latte! Both were incredible. I will definitely be returning to Spoons, this is an amazing spot!"

I went here recently for breakfast and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The service was also really good especially considering that they were very busy. The food/drinks are kind of expensive but not insane (~$60 for 2 people with 1 drink each). They almost always have some kind of wait for a table on the weekends.

When I went here last, I got the cinnamon roll pancakes, a side of French fries, and a mimosa. The pancakes were good although they we’re definitely very sweet. I would say they were a little too sweet for me but I should have anticipated this so I’m not docking any stars over it. The French fries were really good - nice and crispy. The mimosa was pretty standard I would say although for ~$9 each it’s definitely not a deal. It looked like they had pretty good vegetarian options including beyond sausage.

The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere. I sat upstairs and enjoyed the many paintings they have hanging. Everything was clean and bright with plenty of natural sunlight. The service was attentive and friendly. They have an 18% service charge on all dine in checks. I totally understand the need to fairly compensate waitstaff and combat non-tippers. Personally, I think it would make more sense to just raise menu prices and wages and state clearly that tips are accepted but not necessary. Just my 2¢.

Overall, I enjoyed my time here and could definitely see myself coming back.

Delicious! So many yummy menu options that it was hard to choose. Great experience from start to finish. Definitely make a reservation if you can!

No complaints from this lone diner! Originally I was told it would be a 30 min wait but I got my seat within 10 mins! I ordered the Hot Hen biscuit and it was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy!! The pickles gave it a refreshing relief. The atmosphere is quiet and inclusive! Definitely recommend!

After we were seated. The waitress, with the short haircut, skipped over our table to wait on 2 customers that were seated after us. After giving the water, coffee, juice, and placing their order, she decided to grace us with service. Our food seat on the counter for about 5 or 6 minutes another more pleasant waitress brought our food to us. Our waitress never returned to check up us until she put the bill on the table and left again.
The food was phenomenal, but the service was horrible.

Cozy breakfast cafe. Not a lot of seating. But I made a reservation. I prefer the smaller more intimate places. Breakfast was outstanding. I tried the cinnamon roll pancakes which were delicious. The turkey sausage were surprisingly good. Because most restaurants can’t seem to get breakfast turkey meat to turn out that great in comparison to the flavor of pork products. Eggs were good. My daughter had French Toast which fruit topping. She claim they are as good as the Captain Crunch French Toast from Blue Moon. The home fries were outstanding. I can go on and on. Theres LOTS to choose from on their menu. This place is highly recommended.
