Sarah & Dr. Torres were fantastic. They were able to make adjustments to my occlusal guard without rushing the appointment. They were able to address all of my concerns with compassion & empathy. I know I never have to stress about a dentist appointment at Northcutt because their staff always goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable.

Had a good visit with Dr. Clay and Sarah. I had a toothache and they fit me in on a Saturday. My return visit for extraction was scheduled a little later than I'd like (12 days) but, I can see why they are busy. It's a shame prescriptions can't be called in. Staff are really nice though and not judgemental about the condition of my teeth. I expected a negative experience considering their appearance. It was the opposite and I was really appreciative. Maybe if I had had this kind of interaction in the past I would have frequented the dentist more often.

Lauren G was great! She builded rapport while doing her job , so it made the session friendly and comfortable. She was very nice and professional. Keep up the great work!

Sarah was a lovely assistant , she made sure i was comfortable and informed me of every step a long the way . Miss Susan and Brooke also made sure my dental visit was nothing short of comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend Northcutt and Dr. Whelan . 1000/10

Dr Clay and his staff will treat you professionally with care and compaction. I didn’t feel pressured in any way. my grandson who’s 6 can’t wait to go back and get his teeth cleaned Susan is awesome.

Had calming and relaxing appointments thanks to a wonderful dentist named Dr. Clay. 😁 Best dentist hands down! His wonderful chair side manor is hard to find. His assistance Katie and Madison were friendly and calming 😊 The whole experience was great! I would recommend them for sure.

I went mud riding. Never been, first time ever and my luck broke my crown. After chewing on rocks ( accidentally of course), ribs, and cheese curls .. broke my crown. I said Jesus be a fence. This happened on a Sunny Saturday and the office got me in Monday evening after work. They are normally at the Foley office but it was my luck they were in town and fixed me right up. They are very kind and I really like them. Great job. And they getting my smile ready for my next mud ride.
