Super 8 by Wyndham Ocean Springs Biloxi

Let me start off by saying. I've seen all the horrible reviews and I don't know what they're going on about. This hotel is one of the better ones ive stayed at. Not in terms of stars, but in terms of quality, hot water, ice cold ac, decent size fridge, and an okay microwave. TV is a bit small, but at least there's a TV. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and I say this as someone whose stayed at this hotel almost every weekend for the last month or so. (For context my wife and kid come to visit while I'm in tech school on keesler.) Don't let the poor reviews influence your decision to stay that this affordable luxurious hotel.

Edit: The lady's at the office always make us feel welcomed, which is why we keep coming back rather than booking elsewhere.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this place I had to… talking bout old school Ms southern hospitality treats everybody like they known them they whole life’s. Big breakfast for what hotels put out these days. Clean rooms nice beds this place is a hidden gem… definitely staying here everytime when I come down

GREAT PEOPLE stayed for a week housekeeping and front desk girls were awesome did great job with everything dogs loved it to and good breakfast every morning and the clean and change there sheets in rooms...over all excellent place I would stay again for sure

Mary at the front desk was delightful. Me and my fiancé had to look for housing two weeks ago and we stayed there for about two weeks on and off. Customer service is something that is almost a distant memory in some places, but that's why people like Mary are so important to a business. Without a great customer service and humanity most places ain't really all that great. Mary made us feel welcomed and upgraded us to a king room the second time. I appreciate her friendly, customer service attitude and we will stay there in the near future as well. Also, the cleaning ladies were really nice as well.

I definitely recommend this hotel. The employees were very friendly and helpful when it comes to locking your key accidentally in the room. The pool was amazing for my 4 year old daughter. We loved our stay here with them and would definitely stay here again. Everything was so clean and spotless when we arrived. You get daily housekeeping if you needed it.

Great value for what you pay. Has a full continental breakfast selection, and a pool! The rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

For the price you can't beat it. They have renovated the rooms in the main building where the office is located. There is another building perpendicular to the main building that is under renovation. I arrived after 5pm and it looked like the construction crews were gone for the day. All was quite and peaceful. My room was very nice. Looked like a $100.00 + per night room. Had mini fridge with freezer, microwave, blow dryer, ironing board w/iron. Even had personal shampoo & conditioner and soap. Everything a more expensive model would have. Clean bedding, no bugs, continental breakfast. Quiet all night. I would definitely stay there again

Room was very outdated. Bedspreads had burn holes all over them. Bathtub was yellowed with cigarette burns. Walls were dirty and needed to be re-painted. The only good thing was a decent air conditioner.
Would not stay again.

Me and my wife are in our room comfortable and happy. Nice and clean room receptionist is nice and helpful. Don’t go to red roof inn across the street they have roaches. And the country inn I don’t think they like black ppl. Super 8 is your best bet. Thanks 7/1/2021 late night check in.

My husband is a truck driver and we needed a place to chill and get out of the truck for a bit but the night staff was really friendly. The room was nice and clean, the shower would have been better with more pressure. We got a room with two full beds I think it was recently updated because it smelled new. The bed was okay a bit springy for us. Oh and they are pet friendly and had semi parking hard to find a hotel that has both. But overall a great night at a clean quiet hotel.

I cannot say enough good things and the female manager that was on duty on 6 October 2021. My wife and I came Toto Ocean Springs for the Cruisin the Coast event. We were booked to stay at another hotel and had been for two months. The day We arrived that hotel was closes due to a massive sewage backup. So there we were with no place to stay and everything in the area either completely booked or not Pet Friendly and we had our small dog with us. After two hours of making phone calls even as far as 24 miles away I found myself at the this Super 8. Initio after saying they could only put us up for one night and then after looking some more they said two. But when the manager heard our story she got on the computer and made it work where we could stay 4 nights. On top of that she gave us a discount. It was still about $360.00 more than what we would have paid at the other other hotel but it was less than what every one else was asking and we were happy to pay it. God Bless her! And our stay was great.

We stayed here few times and never had a issue ,yes it's old building etc.. But I never seen any bugs or yucky sheets. I Would say I think carpet needs be updated but Was clean. Small pool but better then nothing lol the front desk lady that checked me in is always nice. And we checked in few hours before usual check in time with no extra fee!

I really liked the stay of 4 days at this Super 8. It was very economical, yet had all the amenities - coffee, an inviting outdoor pool, close parking, hair dryer, fridge with freezer, internet, Iron, safe, etc. I plan to use this place again! The location in very convenient to other areas as well.

Great room, friendly staff and a reasonable rate! Only problem was we could only stay one night 😞. Thank y'all
